If I could give them a negative star I would. Went around town getting estimates, went here and to my surprise they charge $30 to get an estimate. WOW!!! I went to 3 other locations in town and nobody else charged to get an estimate. What happened to customer service and taking care of the customers? I was so lost for words, and when they said "will apply it to your repairs" I was like no! What if I didn't want to go with them, now I'm out of $30 dollars. Trust me folks when I say it's not about the money , it's about the customer experience and I got none of that...to say you will never get my business...note a negative experience spreads like cancer! read more

Took about a month for my car to get fixed. James has been great with updating me on the progress of my car. I appreciate him setting my mind at ease. I was updated when my car was waiting on parts to be shipped, I was updated when my car was going to go into production, and I was updated when a few other things were found wrong. The ladies upfront are so polite and are great at thoroughly explaining every aspect of what was billed and what I had to pay as a difference. They even gave me a free gift! My car was finished kind of late yesterday. They had it washed and ready to go. Unfortunately I was stuck at work until closing so I am here today, the day after to pick up my vehicle finally. Just waiting for it to be re-washed. They insisted it be washed again. I highly appreciate the great service! If anything happens again, hopefully not, to any of my family's cars, I will most definitely suggest Francis Collision Centre! Update 06/06/18 after I picked up my car, I took off to get out the driveway because people were trying to cram in. I got into where my car was parked and tried to put my seatbelt on as I was driving away and it's stuck! Why is it broken? It wasn't messed with when fixing my car? But when it was brought in, it sure in hell was not broken I can tell you that much! Waiting for one of my windows to get fixed because that too was not messed up before! Not it won't go up or down! Some electrical issues perhaps? And the decal that was on my trunk lip was not ordered and put on. But insurance was billed for. The tire I had to pay a portion of, well the wheel/rim they had to replace isn't even the same color as the rest of my wheels/rims! Also waiting to be called for that to be resolved. I'm waiting and waiting for all these issues to be resolved... if I chose to bring my car in to Francis collision with certain things NOT broken or missing, my car shouldn't be leaving in this broken condition... read more

Took my truck in back six years ago. Part of the job included repairing and painting the hood of my truck. I was happy with the repairs then. Just in the last few months I started noticing the clear chipping at a few places on the hood. The chips varied in sizes, had one about 1/2 inch. Not a lot but enough to where touching them up would be very visible and look terrible. Francis has a lifetime warranty so I took it in so they could look at it. Rick, the manager, looked it over and agreed to repaint the hood under warranty. Never thought I would come back and test their lifetime warranty, but I did and they stood behind it. Hillary S. Nobody informed me that you couldn't work on my car due to its age. I came in to find out updates about the repairs and why nobody had contacted me. I never said I had someplace else in mind. I told the person who did the estimate I was happy to be dealing with you again because of a prior good experience. At that time, nothing was mentioned about the year of my car and that you wouldn't do the repair. But obviously, the ownership has taken a dramatic downturn for the worse. I'm flabbergasted that you would blatantly lie about the situation now that I have mentioned it on Yelp just so you can try to save face. Pathetic. read more

I am very unhappy with Francis Collision Centre. My insurance co sent us over there, since they do their business with them. Francis Collision had our car for 6 weeks waiting for parts. When the car was ready, they called us to pick-up the vehicle. It was not drivable. The battery was dead. They charged it, otherwise we could not leave the premises. When we got home and tried to start it up again, it was completely dead. Francis says the battery is old, so Francis will not replace it. This is a 2019 Lincoln. Prior to bringing our car to the shop, we had no signs indicating a weak battery. Francis Collision was negligent in not keeping our car charged during the 6 weeks at the shop, waiting for parts. We also have a Nissan 2018, and no indications of a weak battery since purchased. So I can't understand why they are saying it is an old battery for the Lincoln. (We don't know the truth about what was happening with our car. ) They should at least offer to pay partial for the battery, but no. They have all this business from the insurance co and they deny wrong doing. Our insurance co was not happy with them too. We are glad our insurance co will be helping us with partial payment of the battery. So happy, we have an insurance co that thinks about their insurer's. Francis Collision is not one to trust with your car. read more

I was referred to Francis Collision Centre by several people and after doing some research, found it was rated as one of the top collision centers in Fresno. When I received my vehicle back, the work that was done was fantastic. Several months later, several items related to the repair were noticed. Knowing that they "guarantee their work for life" I scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. During the process, it took longer to trace the problem than originally estimated and I had already been without a vehicle for a week. At this time I made contact with Mr. Garza who is the facility manager. He went into action and immediately resolved the issue and called me back several hours later stating the issues had been resolved. When I picked up my vehicle, the noted issues had been repaired and my car had been completely detailed inside and out for the extra time that it had taken to get the vehicle back. Obviously, great customer service still exists out there in the business world and Francis Collision lived up to their reputation of being a top collision repair shop in the valley. Upset! It took 3 months for me to get my SUV back. Now a few months down the road my SUV giving me engine problems. I took it to the dealer service station, dealer said "person who fixed my car did not fixed it right" Did not change broken brackets, broken connectors to engine bay. My insurance suggested to take it back to Francis. I WILL NOT return nor will I referral anyone! I will be talking to my insurance company why this company is on their list of guarantee service list, when they do such a horrible job! read more

My car was in an accident. Geico sent me here, I thought it was going to be great! Enterprise drops of the rental and the shop keeps up updated via text messages as the car moves along towards the deadline. ALL of the updates were " We are on schedule"...then it was we sent it to the dealership for inspection blah blah blah. My car has been sitting at the dealership for 6 days...and the only updates I get are "Your car is at the dealership still we'll update you by 4 PM" I don't want any more updates I WANT MY CAR! 6 days after the delivery date... After the accident, I was devastated with the way my car looked. I chose to take it to francis collision center and they went above and beyond my expectations. I was afraid that the paint color wasn't going to match after they fixed the damage but when I got my car back it was literally better than before the accident. They went out of their way to weld my previously damaged bumper for free. They replaced a broken door handle for a really good price and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up.
