Recently went here with a friend. Food was good, I ordered a fatija salad bowl. Service was quick and respectful for the occasion. The ambiance was a little bit loud as we were seated next to a larger family who had alot of kids but we both didnt mind much and just tuned them out. We were in a booth rifgt next to an isle and their table was maybe 3 ft away. My only suggestion is if they had larger portions or refilled our chip basket. The waited came took our order and then maybe checked on us once or twice total? Could have been more personable but thats ok. Overall good experience. read more

We were at the Oakwood Square Christmas Market (brrrr....it was cold out there!) so we came to get some supper and warm up in here. It was quite busy, but we were seated in five to ten minutes and presented with a heaping bowl of chips and salsa. The margaritas are gigantic, yet pretty weak. I would NOT recommend getting the large, as they start to get way too sweet and they also start to melt. And unless you are super-human and love sugar, you aren't finishing it before you get out of there. To be fair, Oakwood Square is a "DORA" district, so they offer to put your drink in a to-go cup and send you on your way. Food is standard Mexican fare. Good, but to be honest, everything tastes kind of the same, with minor variations. I still am not sure of the difference between the enchilada, chimichanga, soft taco, burrito, etc. Dump some rice & refried beans on the place, mix it all together and it is basically the same thing. Friendly and speedy service is the highlight of this joint. I don't always love Mexican food, so I likely won't return again anytime soon, but it was a solid supper. read more

We have been here before, multiple times in the past. The food was always great and the serivce was fast. However we had not been back for maybe 2 years, because the last few times we went, the quality of food and service was not what it had been, but of course the prices increased. So we stop again just to give it another try. It was not busy at all and the serivce was really really slow. The quality of food was Still not what it had been a few years ago. It was very bland and the chips had no taste. Which is sad because it is a nice place and has a great patio bar area. So it might be someplace to stop and have a drink or two in the summer on the patio. But as for the food and serivce, less than impressed. read more

Customer service definitely needs to be worked on. One of the waiters was EXTREMELY rude. He slammed the tablet that my friend and I paid with in front of my face and crossed his arms- making me feel obligated to leave a tip. 1/10/26 Terrible service. We met 2 friends there and also placed a To-go order. I was absolutely shocked at how long it took to place an order, then food took 30 minutes to receive and it was cold. Plus 2 orders were WRONG. Ordered steak fajita chimichanga dinner but received chicken. The server never came back until about 25 minutes later. We told him it was wrong and he said you never told me but he never came back to check on us. Another meal was also wrong and so was the takeout order. This is not what I have come to expect from this restaurant. This is the first time at the Washington Square restaurant in Canton on Easton that service was awful and the food was not right. BUT, something is wrong there. Food wrong, food cold, and server disappeared. We ordered margaritas and asked for sugar rims and that was wrong too. When I told him, he said "well next time." Omg. Worst Mexican food I've ever had. Who puts broccoli on any Mexican dish let alone enchiladas rancheros? This is the furthest from Mexico that you can get. Run. The server was very nice and service was just fine. Food was just horrible. You will get closer Mexican food at Taco Bell. read more

The food here is delicious and served to you quickly and with a smile. Our waitress was so accommodating. This restaurant is always clean and inviting. Easton location is very convenient. Parking in front. Seated immediately. Very good service. Good margaritas, chips are warm and crisp. Salsa is okay, could be more flavorful. Best bet, order the tacos with rice, skip the refried beans. Taco salad, meh. Menu is extensive, but too many options. It would be greatly improved if the management offered less options and concentrated on a few really well prepared, flavorful items. Food needs a lot of improvement. Good place to watch soccer or a game. Nice bar in front, but the food is not on par. read more

We LOVE this place. It's by far our favorite authentic mexican restaurant in the area. We've always had great experiences with the food and the staff. Do yourself a favor and get the Pollo Fundido or the ACP. Their queso dip and guacamole are great also. read more

Tip for beer drinkers: Do NOT get the new 32-oz size. The price is not on their menu. I got a domestic 32-oz beer and was charged $7.50. Their tall 24-oz is $4.00. So for 50 cents more I could have had, TWO 24-oz beers (48oz). Instead, I was ripped off by being charged $3.50 more for only 8 oz more. What a rip off!! read more

The food is well prepared good for a Mexican restaurant, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I arrived around 6:00pm on a Thursday evening and were seated in the back of one of the rooms in a booth. We received chips and salsa and were basically forgotten. After 15 minutes a waiter finally showed up and took our order and brought water and drinks. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time from a server (not our waiter) but after that we were literally forgotten. No one came to check on us. No one offered us dessert or boxes. We sat for over a half an hour waiting until I couldn't stand it anymore and went to the hostess to tell her we were forgotten. Still 10 minutes went by and I asked a bus girl to get a manager and finally the waiter shows up with our bill saying he was busy. No manager was ever seen. Mexican food isn't worth the long wait. Love this place! The entire staff is very friendly and pleasant. Very busy, but seating is fast. I usually go on Friday for dinner. The food is delicious and the service is quick. If you like seafood, you'll have to try the Enchiladas Jalisco. Yum! Bet you can't eat all of it. The portions are huge! read more

Racist and smells like sewage. Called ahead and asked about the wait and menu allergy options. Host said come on in there is no wait at all. Go in, 4 staff members are all panicked and suddenly can't find us a table with tons of sanitized, distanced and clearly set tables all around. "You want to sit at the bar?...." uh sure. Sat at the bar and this rude server literally slams down chips and salsa and says "HERE." Okay your attitude translates no matter the language you speak. Enter 20 minutes of sitting with no drink order taken, no water, nothing. Why??? They had a bartender with perfect English approach us twice and said "hi how are you?" And each time anyone white (NO JOKE) was about to order the barkeep's friend sitting at the bar kept interrupting with "...ni importa ESAS personas..." and yammered on ordering his 2nd and 3rd beers from him. (I'm white and my partner is middle eastern) Oh? Not used to little ginger America speaking Castilian Spanish?! I am Sick and tired of racism from every freaking side and totally walked out.
