    Guacamole and Chips

Stopped in here for a quick dinner, everyone working there was super nice and friendly and even gave recommendations. I ordered the birria ramen, it was very bland and didn't taste like anything, no flavor in the meat or broth. I should've ordered the birria grilled cheese with the tomato ramen. We also ordered chips with guacamole, the chips needed salt and the guacamole was definitely missing something. The Caribbean tacos were just ok. I probably would not be back, I feel like Mexican food is supposed to be very flavorful and everything we tried just wasn't it. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars was for the employees, and ambiance was good.

I got the 3 taco combo, which is a little more pricey than most tacos but wanted the variety. The fish taco was small in terms of the actual fish. I got the shrimp and carribean carne tacos as well. Overall, there was too much sauce on each thing although I appreciated the amount of vegetables that came with each taco. The street corn loaded nachos were massive! I could've just eaten this and it comes with a protein although not that much. I'm not a big fan of Tex Mex, but would opt for a burrito next time I come here.

Well, I was really excited after reading all of the reviews. My wife and I decided to stop in after a doctor's appointment. It was mid-afternoon, and we went for a late lunch. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly staff member, and were directed over to the touchscreen kiosk. I looked around and quite honestly thought it would have much more vibe after reading the reviews, but it was more of a fast-food place with some cool decor. The touch screen menu was easy to use, but it takes a bit to go through the levels and order. We ordered, paid, and then sat at a table. It was very quiet, just another couple sitting having lunch. They quickly brought a large tray of tortilla chips and Pico de Gallo, I was surprised at how large it was! Our mains arrived and it was very good! Not the best I've ever had, but very good. I had Carne Asada tacos, and my wife had Birria Tacos. It was also a bit pricey, we each had tacos, chips and salsa, a side of rice, and 2 bottles of water- $50.00. I can eat a full meal at my local Mexican restaurant for that, which includes Queso dip and a beer! Service was good and friendly, and while there is some cool art on the walls, it wasn't all that- I would happily come here for lunch again, but I will head to my local Mexican when i want the full experience.

First time at this location. The food was good but it was freezing inside. The service was okay. Maybe it wasn't the best because it was after 8. I ordered a kids meal and it was more than enough. My bf got the burrito which was really good. We loved the guac! Love the sign !

I order from here often and it's always good! .. my favorites are the tomato soup ramen with birria, nachos and birria quesadilla. Their lemonades are really good too! I love their packaging.. everything is always packed neatly and sealed when ordering delivery. They often have new items to the menu. I can't wait to try the new birria Mac and cheese.

'Taco Tuesday' brought a few of my work colleagues and I to try out the tacos and nachos. We walked in and the place was busy. I looked for where to order but couldn't find a counter or signage. My co-worker pointed me in the direction of the two ordering kiosks. Like other reviewers, I didn't have a menu and didn't know what to order. So I waited until I could order without the pressure of delaying another customer. The Taco Trio seemed a good way to taste an assortment of tacos. I chose the Carne Asada, Hongos (Vegan), and Bean Tacos. While I wasn't the last one to order of my group, I was the last one to receive my meal, about halfway through my co-workers enjoying their food. The only employee who was bringing out the orders never slowed down - she deserves a raise. Of the three tacos, I really enjoyed the Hongos (Vegan) with the sautéed mushrooms, seasoning and salsa. The Carne Asada was solid, and the Bean was okay. What threw off my taste buds (and another Star) was the oily tortillas. I could only finish one and ate the fillings out of the other two with a fork. Seating inside is plentiful. Outside seating is available and parking can be a challenge at lunchtime in the shared, odd-shaped parking lot. Side note: The Dia de los Muertos kull-themed deco around the interior might not be understood by everyone, as authentic as it is.

1st visit here. You place your order at a kiosk, and they deliver to your table or to a pickup area if your order is to-go. Carne asada tacos, Caribbean asada tacos, and Biscoff churros were all delicious. Staff members were helpful and very gracious. Although it was relatively full while we were there, we were able to have a normal conversation. I am definitely moving them from my "places I want to try" list to my "favorite places" list.

I'm glad there is now a Talkin Tacos closer to me . I'm not stager to this establishment. The service was quick for it to have been so busy . I went for their version of Taco Tuesday and got a Birria grillled cheese which came with fries & tomato soup. It also came with 2 bottle drinks , and 3 tacos . I decided to grab the Biscoff cookie butter churros and they were just ok. I think they would have been better fresh instead of a to go like I did. The ambiance was busy & they have tables both inside and out.

Quick service The star of the show for me was the Caribbean taco! So good . Sweet, salty cheesy yum! The vibe was fun and trendy. Very popular spot with indoor and outdoor seating. I've had the churros too and they are pretty darn good. The Dulce the Leche sauce is on point. Can't go wrong when you crave a late night taco bite

The decorations in the place are very nice! Since I went when it was dinner time, the lighting was darker but I could still take pictures of the food. Once you order, the food comes out pretty quick which is super nice, especially if you're hungry. I got the birria tacos and they were so good. I loved dipping it into the consommé- it was so meaty and cheesy and the consommé helped give it an extra bit of flavor. The street corn nachos were so big too! It was delicious- the street corn and guacamole on top were good. (I had a friend who recommended the guacamole so I'm glad I got it.) We ended up over ordering so couldn't eat much and took the rest home, and we weighed it to be almost 3 pounds. My friend got the steak and shrimp tacos, and said the steak one was good. The shrimp one was refreshing to me after eating the birria tacos! I also liked their horchata- it was nice and creamy but not too thick that you can't use the straw. The plaza is kinda busy, so you might need some time to find a parking spot near the restaurant, but there is also a parking garage.

I went to Talkin Tacos recently and had the Birria Quesadilla, and wow, I had never tried Birria in a quesadilla before, but it was amazing! Super cheesy, full of flavor, and yes, it still comes with that delicious dip we all love. Service was great and the brought the food to our table. My partner tried the new Birria Crisp Stack and it was a mouthful in the best way! Super filling! He couldn't even finish the second slice, but he really enjoyed it. This was my second time coming here and I can honestly say the vibes are great and the food is consistently delicious. Definitely one of my fave spots when I'm craving tacos in Maitland.

If you have been to Gringos Locos in downtown Orlando then you will be familiar with how Talkin' Tacos operates. You basically have to figure everything out yourself by ordering at a Kiosk. There is no menu to decipher what they have to offer until you reach the kiosk, and by the time you reach the kiosk to place your order you feel pressured to rush through and make a decision quickly, so you're not holding up the line. I guess this isn't a big deal if you're ordering online or are a regular here, but if your new to this process, it can be a bit nerve-racking, which makes for a bad first impression. Additionally, the AC wasn't working the day we arrived, so that added to the ordering fiasco. On to the good part of this experience. We enjoyed the glowing neon decorative wall art, the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming, the restrooms were clean and orderly, and our order was ready in about 10 minutes. Nancy ordered the Crispy Stack Wrap ($15.99) which was surprisingly huge, hot, and delicious. Honestly if I knew this thing was as big as it was, I would have just ordered that and we could have split it and got a smaller appetizer to go with our meal. I ordered the Birria Tacos ($13.99). The shell on the Birria Tacos was amazing and had a nice crunch and flavor. The tacos look small from the photo but they are packed with meat. The only thing I wish was that they came with a small side of rice and beans or refried beans. For $14 they could have served them with something else in my opinion, other than that, they were great. We also ordered two sides of Consommé for $1 more each. It was basically a beef broth that paired well with the tacos but you don't get a whole lot of it, its more of a sample portion. They have three varieties of hot sauce on the tables that were actually very good. I especially liked the Habanero sauce; not too spicy but just enough heat for me and great Habanero flavor. Although the ordering process is not my favorite, I would definitely return again for another one of those Crispy Stack wraps, that thing was just awesome! I really liked the Birria Tacos, but for the amount of food you get at that price point, I would have rather spent $2 more on the Crispy Stack Wrap and had some leftover for a late-night snack.

Had the vegan Hongos tacos and they were great! really appreciate that they are labeled as Vegan on the menu -- so many places fail to do this! The mushroom tacos tasted very fresh, lightly seasoned but not oily (i saw another review said their tacos were oily). Was greeted as I walked in and the staff succinctly explained their ordering process and delivered the food to my table promptly. The inside of the restaurant was a bit smokey, but not unbearably so. Would definitely come here again!

This was my double stack. Lots of flavor.

Our go to order: - Tacos, the Mexican style: steak or chicken can't go wrong - Burrito Bowl (shredded chicken is my favorite) - Esquites!! - Plantains - Margaritas (Hibiscus is delicious!) When we first moved into the neighborhood, we were always curious about it because the reviews were stellar, but admittedly, we judged a book by its cover at first. It's tucked away in a slightly random little plaza behind a gas station right in the Dommerich neighborhood, and it never seemed super busy inside, so we weren't quite sure what to expect. Now that we're neighborhood regulars, we totally get it. This is THE local pickup spot. People roll up in their golf carts, grab takeout, or pull up a seat at the bar. Don't let the unassuming location fool you. This place is a hidden gem The quality of the food is amazing! Everything is so fresh and unlike a lot of Mexican spots, nothing feels overly heavy or greasy. We've never had a bad meal here. But the margaritas!!! I cannot emphasize this enough: they are the BEST in town. They're made completely fresh from scratch with quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. Their tequila selection is also 10/10. My husband is a tequila snob, and he is always thrilled to come here, so that says a lot. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the staff. We've gotten to know many of the ladies behind the bar, and everyone is consistently so kind, friendly and funny. They genuinely make it feel like a neighborhood spot and are a huge part of why we keep coming back. If you're new to the neighborhood and have driven past, do yourself a favor and GO. We made the mistake of sleeping on it at first, and now we're just about once a week. Amazing food, incredible margaritas, great tequila and even better people. Easily one of our favorite neighborhood spot and, in our opinion, the best Mexican food in Maitland

The grandson recommended Queso Loco so we tried it. Definitely not disappointed. There were three main birria options, the birria quesadillas, birria tacos, and quesabirria tacos. I had the quesobirria tacos and the wife had the Barria quesadillas. Both were spot on delicious. I enjoyed the taco version better because they were like tiny quesadillas that were crispy all over. The consommé was flavorful and not at all greasy. The wife refuses to dip her food into a broth and make it mushy, but she tried it and was enjoying that consommé on the remaining bites. The service was fast and friendly. It started to get crowded but we never felt rushed. The place is decorated well with vibrant Hispanic motive. I can't forget the chicken quesadilla that the daughter had. She said it was also full of chicken, cheese, and goodness. We live nearby so Queso Loco will be our go to spot.

Got the Chios & Queso. That queso was really good. I haven't tried it before. So creamy and the bacon in it adds a good touch. I got the Quesadilla with Chorizo. Wow... that chorizo is soooo good. It was crumbled chorizo and it was a little crispy from being cooked on the flat top. I love that crispyness to it, just like on a good corned beef hash. The quesadilla was packed with meats, veggies and cheese. I wish I got a picture of the cheese being gooey when I pulled it apart. My husband got the nachos with chicken.
