Françoise Weeks Floral began as a one-woman studio in Portland, Oregon, born from Françoise’s European roots and lifelong fascination with the woodland world. After years designing wedding and event florals, she started offering intimate classes in her home studio and garden; word of mouth turned those sessions into an international teaching practice. Along the way she developed two signatures—Woodland Design and Botanical Couture—using mosses, bark, lichens, and seed pods to create sustainable arrangements and wearable art.
The “why” has never changed: to help people slow down, notice texture and form, and make art with nature respectfully (no floral foam, seasonal materials, ethical gathering). Today, the studio hosts private lessons, corporate Team Building Workshops, and online courses, while Françoise continues to teach and speak around the world. Every student leaves with repeatable techniques, fresh inspiration, and new eyes for the botanical world.
