A little random adventure in NT and we found ourselves here at Franco's for some lunch slices. The super friendly woman at the counter got our order moving quick which was appreciated. The stinger pizza was well done, a little over done on the crust but a good a piece of pie. Cheese was spot on and well done. Thick cheese and perfectly cooked The chicken finger pizza. Well that was on a different level, the bleu cheese on top and hot sauce lead to a messy bite, but slamming with flavors. I'd definitely recommend those and the cheese based on what we had. We order from here about once a week, and the pizza is usually great. However, twice now the pepperoni tasted completely freezer burned and made the entire pizza taste bad. We ordered a different type of pizza a few times in order to avoid the pepperoni, but tonight we gave it another try and had the same problem. Franco's always holds a place in my heart as it was my very first job as a pizza girl. I still think back to the hardworking crew we had at this location and that was over 13+ years ago. The food is consistently good. I love the pizza wing deals they have. The salads are always fresh. They don't skimp on ingredients. I highly recommend their specialty pizzas. I used to frequently indulge in the Greek pizza or the Mexican style. They have really come a long way over the years and have much more variety than they used to. Whenever we order we get the old world pepperoni pizza with the sauce on top of the cheese. Sounds weird, but definitely worth trying. Quite expensive compared to the competition, but worth it once in a while. read more

I've been a loyal NT Franco's customer since I moved to North Tonawanda. I love their pizza but it seems like unfortunately when you order during peek times, they seem to slack. It makes me sad to post this but my husband and I ordered extra blue cheese (x3) and not only did we receive it late which is understandable, they didn't give us our extra sauce. This has happened a couple times now and on top of that our wings have been barely sauced. I really hope this review is read and their supervisors enforce delivering what they promise. If they don't, I will be a customer they lose. :( read more

The employees and management at the NT Franco's are lazy and incompetent! 30 minutes for 1 turkey club sub. I get there and employees are chit-chatting and only have 3 orders on the warming shelf. Then I get home and open the sub...they ran the sub thru the oven WITH the cold items already dressing the sub...who the hell wants hot, soggy lettuce and tomato on their sub?! I go back and rip them on their lazy operation and have them remake the sub. I then get told "that's the way we make it". I spouted off about where they learned to make a sub because every other sub place I've ordered from in the past 30 years had not done such a thing. END RANT! read more

Recently ordered delivery for a meeting we had nearby. Not knowing the area, I picked this place as they had a fairly extensive menu and delivered. I used the online ordering tool which was fairly easy to use, but there was no way to add notes if you needed something that wasn't available on the tool. I did end up having to call the restaurant to do this, which made using the online tool somewhat useless. They did arrive a couple minutes late, which was fine, however, they forgot part of the order and had to go back to the restaurant to get it. I had ordered several different wraps from the wraps platter, and they were tasty, but they were not labeled as to what each one was, so people had to guess. There were also four 12" subs that were ordered, and an option online was to have them cut into quarters instead of halves, which I selected. However, they came only cut in half, and we had to cut them ourselves. The best part of the order was the salad, which was made correctly, and was very fresh. With so many pizza places available, they really need to step up their game, and pay more attention to details. I would not order from them again. read more

Today I searched on yelp for pizza and Franco's came up so I viewed their menu on yelp called and placed order. When they gave us the total they said it was $48 for their #2 pizza and 20 wing special. Which on their yelp menu is $32 so I called at which time they told me they do not participate with yelp. I normally love this place and usually get the chicken cacciatore pizza because it is awesome. Tonight, my fiance picked me up the pizza and brought it back to the Niagara Falls for me. So far I've eaten 3/4 of the pizza and have picked out 3 strands of hair so far. If the place was close by I would immediately return it and ask for a refund. But with the location now being half hour away I had to hold my disgust and eat it anyway. My fiance called the place and the person apologized and put his name down for a free pizza. Their handling of the situation is was earned them 2 stars instead of just one. However, food service employees in new york state are supposed to wear a hair net. I'm normally never this satisfied with takeout but Franco's gives me 100% satisfaction and I'm quite picky and hard to please. I fell in love with their loaded potato wedges awhile ago, but tonight I got the BBQ pulled pork quesadilla with the wedges. I don't know what kind of tortilla they used or if its even a tortilla but its AMAZING! Considering its delivery, it didn't get soggy in transport! Ordered on Sunday and it took like only 30 minutes to get here. We ordered a 20 piece buffalo boneless chicken and they were awesome. A Garlic Bread (loaf), awesome. There blue cheese dressing leaves a bit to be desired so if your home use what you have in the frige. Over all highly recommended by me. Well, I stopped in for a quick lunch. I found a pretty good deal with a half sub and drink for around 7 dollars. I asked for a well toasted turkey sub with mayo. The girl said "Toasted?" (She had no name tag) and I said "well toasted", she said "riiight" with a annoyed look on her face. I paid and received my sub pretty quick. It was lunchtime and a little busy so that was good. It was a bit dry, not quite well toasted but ok. I asked for some salt and pepper and mayo at the counter because there was none to be found in the little table area. He called back (he's a manager in a blue shirt) flippantly for it and the girl went to get me three little cups of the sides I wanted. When she returned, she put them by her instead of bringing them to me. I couldn't get the man's attention because he was now busy with customers. I waited about 5 minutes for my condiments. I was very annoyed. Finally she asked why she got them and he said, "oh, for her" and pointed to me a bit rudely as if I was the one who inconvenienced them. She came over putting the small containers on the counter and muttered about the time it took to get them to me and walked off. I like the food but every time I come in here its a struggle for polite service. I know it's tough but I'm friendly and expect people to be at least polite and not make me feel as if I'm asking too much :-( it's too bad really, I don't go as much as I'd like because of this kind of stuff. read more

We got pizza and wings a few weeks ago. Opened the boxes at home, it was fries and wings. Service is horrible. They didn't even say sorry or give us a refund of a sort for the mix up. Our food we finally got was stone cold. We tried one last time tonight. We wanted pizza and wings crispy. No crispy and no celery,are you kidding me. Placed a order on Tuesday at 4:26 pm for a 6 pm pickup it was a larger order however wasn't ready waited another 20 min. No one behind the counter seemed to know what was going on, I'm assuming the young man with the beige shirt was the manager he looked totally confused. My 2 pizzas were Luke warm because I had to wait for my wings!! Ordered food for customer Xmas party for the forth year in a row cause the food is good and was this time as well however when a customer calls the night before to order and rechecks with you 2hrs prior to designated time of pick up I expect the food to be ready- well not the case! I arrived 10 mins prior to my pick up time only to have to wait for almost 30 mins for the wing s to get finished! In the mean time many lunch customers picked up wings while I sat and waited and watched! Three times and you're out. Been watching this restaurant continually worsen. Last three orders wrong. When I called on it, the "manager" practically called me a liar. Ordered the potatoes that come with sour cream and asked for extra. Instead I got no sour cream and two blue cheese and was charged $2 for it. Last time I ordered a salad the menu listed what was in it. Two items were missing and they added tomatoes which was not supposed to be in it. Time before they screwed up a pizza order. I will never order from them again, and urge you not to waste your money. Even if you find a mediocre place it will be better than this. I ordered a heart shaped pizza on Valentine's Day, burnt. I called and they offered me a new pizza and they delivered it. I tipped them $6 because I felt bad because of the weather. Wrong pizza... today (2/28/19) I ordered 2 Chicken finger subs. And a small fry. One of the subs I ordered I had asked for no onion. On the receipt is says no onion. As you can guess onions.
