Racist & Discriminatory Behavior: As an Asian immigrant, I was subjected to deeply offensive remarks. She openly referred to Black and Mexican immigrants as "low-quality people." Furthermore, during our case discussions, she frequently and condescendingly criticized my English grammar instead of focusing on my defense. I hired a lawyer, not an arrogant tutor. 2. Gross Incompetence & Blaming the Client: She failed to advise me on critical steps regarding my immigration status. I proactively introduced her to my immigration attorney via email, and she even replied to it. Yet, she completely failed to follow through or state what documentation was necessary. This resulted in missing materials at my first court appearance, delaying the entire case and severely threatening my H1B application timeline.
