Another WOW!! Our toilets and bath were both clogged up which started Saturday afternoon. Frank: honest knowledgeable professional saved THOUSANDS of $$$$ (another plumber gave me high pressure sales tactics to buy a plumbing "plan", a few gave me bids without assessing the scope of the job thoroughly) i THOUGHT i needed a sewer main line replacement. we'd had drainage backup problems and the plumbers who roto rootered the line said we'd have to replace it. Frank came out on a Saturday morning and his approach was exactly opposite of all the other plumbers. he asked a lot of questions about the plumbing issues we'd had, looked my house cleanout and at where i thought the city cleanout is located. he walked my street to get an idea of where the other properties cleanouts are located. i actually never got a bid from Frank, b/c he gave me advice to first contact the city crew and be sure i really need a new sewer main line on my property...turns out, after the city did a diagnostic, my line is in OK. the city sewer in front of my property has problems!!
