Frank and his team were excellent. I had two Emporia Pro chargers and Emporia Vue energy monitoring systems installed. They had to run some 3/4" metal conduit to make it work. They were super trustworthy, kind, respectful, clean, and did excellent work. They will be my go-to electricians going forward. I got three quotes and they were in the middle. The lowest one was very responsive so maybe that's why they were low. Frank was very responsive. I highly recommend them. They treat your home as if it were their own. In contractors I'm looking for someone who I can hand the work off to when I'm not even home and they can deliver excellent service. Frank and his team definitely are at this level. We hired them to install an outlet in the bathroom as well as install an outlet where the old stove was somehow plugged-in behind the drywall (1981 construction). In both cases they were quick and cleaned up any mess or drywall dust. I was not explicitly told to expect to repair a drywall cut, but it was clearly something I was working on in the bathroom (with drywall mud and drywall pieces I had out). We were able to agree on a date and time easily and he met us at our condo with no hiccups. Yes, someone that actually comes on time (he even came early) does exist, though rare, and Frank is his name. This is a follow-up review for Frank Electric. Frank never ceases to amaze me with the level of service and support he provides to his customers. Most recently, I experienced a problem with one of my breaker panels and one of the associated circuits which provides power to my living room area. In essence we lost power to all fixtures, outlets and switches in that room. I gave Frank a call and he responded right away. I told him what I thought the issue was and he gave me some troubleshooting guidance over the phone, and advised me that he was working on a major rewiring job through the weekend, and that if there was break in the action he would stop by my home to address the problem. I followed his troubleshooting guidance and was unable to resolve the problem myself. I called Frank the next day to update him and he said he would make time to address my problem. Twenty-Five minutes later he arrived at my home and greeted me with a big smile, checked the situation out, and less than 10 minutes later he found and resolved the problem, which turned out to be a faulty cord for a lamp that was short circuiting the outlet it was plugged into and tripping the associated breaker switch. The reason I am writing this review is to demonstrate that Frank goes above and beyond all expectations for his customers. To put it very simply I can't recall ever having a better customer service experience! The Yelp rating system of 5 Stars does not even begin to recognize people of Frank's caliber! I personally would give them at least 6 Stars and better yet, 10 out of 10 if it were possible! My wife and I would like to personally thank Frank for simply being the Best! If there is a Guardian Angel that watches over Electricians and their Customers, his name must be Frank! If I have any future needs for electrical work, I will hire Frank and the Frank Electric Crew without hesitation. He made time for a rather small job for us (hallway light install), but we had a time crunch because of getting that part of the house painted. It was a last minute "let's-do-this" idea, so we immediately emailed Frank on a weekend and asked to schedule within the next two weeks. We inquired Frank for assistance based on excellent prior reviews to install a 240v outlet and a fan/light combo vent for our bathroom. Frank was professional and courteous during the initial estimate and remained so through the rest of the process after accepting his service. Working with Frank was extremely comfortable and informative...I learned a good deal about how to prevent overloading circuits using portable AC units (my biggest concern was my bedroom window outlet not working).
