The coolest store with the coolest selection! Honestly I don't know how someone could walk in this shop and NOT buy something. 10/10

I've been wanting to go to Redemption for several months and finally made it to downtown Campbell…read moretoday to check it out. It's a cute boutique offering California-made items such as pottery, clothes, skin care products, jewelry, art, and more. The store is nicely organized and their items are neatly displayed. A table with pottery near the entrance caught my eye right away. I also enjoyed checking out the flavored salts and oils for cooking, room diffusers, wall art, and jewelry. I was surprised to see they carry the wonderful Osea skin care products as I didn't know they were made in California. I ended up buying a ceramic spoon rest, room spray, and a tiny gold "diamond" ring. Their prices were reasonable. The store owner rang up my items and was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

Lol oops! This particular day we were walking around and discovered this cute little store!! I thought these mixed drink bottles were so cute. I had to take a picture!! For 10 or $20 you could buy one of these along with a bottle for your friend or as a cute housewarming present!! They had different sizes, different flavors and different mixes that went for everything!! They even had a fruit punch, one with just fermented, dried fruits inside! I really like this idea! Store had a bunch of other little odds and ends as well as some local soaps, candles, clothes, and baby items and some interesting maps or posters that showed different astrological signs as well as were certain vegetations grow within the state or even the time of year!! I'm not much of a gardener, but I would love to get into it! I also don't have the space but I liked the posters! I also thought I took a picture of the poster, but apparently I forgot! It was still really cute though! The lady in the store was very welcoming and friendly and if you check on the app, you get a discount with your purchase! So I'll have to save that for next time! I definitely wanna come back here and buy little stock for presents for friends and family!

I went to their Fall 2018 recent sale. My friend recommended it saying it was an "upscale" sale…read more Bought quite a few stuff. Some of the stuff is tightly wrapped taped making it difficult to examine it before buying. But hey you expect for the price you are paying and their claims of being upscale, no one would be selling a broken item. Attached are pics of items that o took home and opened was hugely disappointed. One is bob snack tray attachment that is broken and another is a raincoat that was tightly zipped with a tag which I opened at home and found it's torn from inside. This is not what you would expect from an upscale sale. I went back to them to show them the defective items that were sold to me and they said they have no way to return it. They claim they have stringent policy on scanning through each item but they might have missed it. Now I am stuck with two proven pieces paid for my an upscale amount! That's not a customer service you would expect from a business. I would stay away from this sale as a buyer unless you gave all the time in the world and very carefully examine, rip off all the packing before buying.some of the items for being second handed were ridiculously priced too.

This is a very small sale, so I would recommend going on either the first day, right when they…read moreopen, or on the discount day if you are looking to pick through for a real bargain. I arrived an hour after they opened and was shopping for girls' clothes sizes 18m through 3T and came out with only 5 items. If I had to guess, I would say there were only 20 pairs of shoes in each size (including both boys and girls). The vast majority of the "designer" clothing is baby gap, with a couple of tea, boden and hanna andersson here and there, but not much. Prices are set by the individual sellers so it ranges from ludicrous (i.e 10% off MSRP for a used item) to excellent. Their checkout process is pretty slow. They had four or five people clipping tags, which were then handed to one of maybe three people behind them who were doing the actual ringing up and credit card. So, not ideal even when things are up and running. To make matters worse, their system went down while I was there and I spent an hour and a half in line.

First, there's an older gentleman with white hair, a white mustache and beard, who was one of the friendliest individuals I have witnessed. There was an older woman standing by the entrance. He organized some chairs that were near the entrance and told her if she wanted to sit that she could sit there. She was surprised at this gesture and very grateful. As I shopped throughout the store, I came across all of his hard work. He was always busy, grabbing things from the back and stocking them in the front. And I have to get a shout out to the guy who was working the register. There was an enthusiastic, maybe 5 or 6 year-old boy talking about his dinosaurs to the cashier. The cashier met him with equal enthusiasm and it was just nice to see human kindness in action. They also have some pretty good finds here. I found some BALLY work pants, Danier Leather pants, and a pair of Rothy's. None of them were my size, unfortunately, so I didn't buy them. If there are any avid resellers out there or anyone who likes a good thrift find, this is definitely a place to stop.

I did happen to find a Kirkland professional series 3.6 quart sauté cooking pan for $12 that was actually made in Italy. Made from stainless steel and copper. The lady that rang me up was nice and she actually initiated a conversation, which was nice for a change.
