The narrator, I think his name was Mike, was truly fantastic. I learned so many things about my own city and it was nice to do something fun on a beautiful summer day. They have a full bar on site with snacks if you're interested. The drinks were cold and delicious and the staff were nice. Overall 5/5 for the boat rides. My only comment would be to be flexible. If they don't have enough guests registered for the ride they may have to cancel, so just be aware of that.

There was a cash bar and our group had pizza & other snacks. They were pretty quick at the bar. There was seating on the trampoline netting, a few seats down near the bar, and plenty of room to stand along the sides. Just be careful walking since there's various spots where the floor changes. They will cancel the door if they do not have eight people so call the J before to see how many people are booked on your sailing. I did the sunset sail, and it was fantastic. Tickets were $42 ($54 with a cocktail). There's a full bar and light snacks on board, plus a restroom. The sail lasted about two hours. There were only 25 guests onboard. This made the boat feel spacious and relaxed. The views were stunning--sunset over the Buffalo skyline, sailing past the Peace Bridge, and city lights on the way back. The crew was friendly and fun, and the captain went out of his way to chat and even raise the Bills flag for photos. Pro tip: bring a jacket or blanket, it gets chilly! I think it would be a great idea if they sold inexpensive blankets with the ship name on them for $10-$15. People would've bought them because it was cold and They would also make a great souvenir.

Most of the people were over 40. How about some rock and roll ? I also don't think a DJ should be drinking alcohol while he is working. Maybe he would have been more appropriate in what came out of his mouth. I have enjoyed the 4th cruises but not tonight and wish I could ask for a refund. The provide a poncho (way better than the cave of the winds poncho, if you are doing both, save this one), the poncho of course is to protect you from the water, because that is what poncho's do. You have two choices here. 1) You can stay on the bottom deck of the boat, and I hear you can remain fairly dry, but I cannot attest to that as, you are at Niagara Falls, you should be on the top deck, getting wet! 2) The Top deck, the Upper decker, they have some seating up here, and great views. The boat navigates so that all sides of the boat get equal views of the falls and get to experience the massive mist generated, no it's not raining on you it's the falls. So, don't be one of those pushing into people/groups to get your shot, be patient you will get your turn. Yes there will be people taking selfies for the entire duration or groupies (not sure what its called if its more than 1), Yes they will claim part of the deck for the entire trip, this is easy resolved with a gentle nudge as they enjoy a small quick journey overboard and get the VIP experience. Wait no, don't actually do that, just ask people to move and/or take a picture of you with the falls in the background. Everyone was friendly!

The weather was great and a party of 9 turned into a party of 6 which was the perfect size for the 10-passenger pontoon boat so i was happy. I had 2 small pans of food catered which was a bad idea bc there's really no table space that can fit or hold it. With the wind from the boat moving the kids kept flying off so if I ever do it again Tupperware for sure But overall a really great experience! We had a cooler full of drinks, snacks and the guys had cigars. After learning to drive the boat you're totally on your own but the length of time you get to keep it is phenomenal. We did 12-5:15 but could have easily had starting at 10am!
