I am 74 years young retired builder architect and handicapped. The sales staff insist i come into the showroom, thats 1 1/2 hours from my house. i visited the showroom in Dec and found they did not have the fixtures on display that i needed. Now its February and they are still insisting i come in due to the complexity of the order... WE need to come out and measure was there reply... its not built yet.. dumb ass.... Its not complex, its not rocket science its just a friggin bathroom. I've never left a showroom quicker. To start the receptionist had a bad attitude. "I'll see if maybe someone can help you." There were countless workers something like 6 all standing gossiping as we were the only people in there. Nobody had masks on except for the receptionist either. Avoid this place big time!!!! Over the last 5-6 years we have redone all our bath rooms and kitchen and every time we have done business with the Frank Webb store in Waterford, CT. We ordered a lot of different items over the years and every time the sales people were very good. We have never had any problems with the items purchased until lately. Our kitchen faucet (Grohe) started leaking under the sink. It would not do it all the time and was driving us crazy. We had the plumbers over three time and finally decided to go talk to the people at Webb. We expected to do battle with them. To our amazement, Lou listened to our problem and said bring the unit in and we will give you a refund. He made it so, so easy. We picked out a new faucet (Delta) and were on our way. Nice showroom with a wide range of design choices. But as impressed as we were by the physical elements of the showroom we were equally dismayed by what we perceived to be a cold and uncaring sales staff. It's important to me to like the people I do business with and based on that there is no way we could ever be comfortable here. It should also be noted that the operating hours are very limited on the weekends which doesn't make a lot of sense to me but appears to be the norm in this industry. read more

The only thing location gets a star for is prices. I would echo the other review posted here. We visited the Bedford location of FW Webb and were so disappointed. When we made our appointment, the website said to take pictures of your space, draw a floor plan, bring pictures of what you liked, etc. The woman who greeted us never even asked to see any of that and genuinely seemed disinterested in working with us to make sure we looked at everything we needed for our complete gut bathroom renovation project. We picked out what we needed and waited for her to send us our quote. It arrived days later, but in her email, she called my husband "Mike" and his name is Mark, which in my mind is a basic customer service fail. At first, I was determined to find the products elsewhere, but upon doing my research I learned that Frank Webb's prices really are good, and so I reluctantly emailed the woman back with some questions about the products she priced out for us -- ordering times, etc. A week went by... crickets. Two weeks went by... crickets. It was clear to me this woman didn't want our business. We did end up going with Frank Webb, but gave our business to a different location -- in Malden. The representative there was knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely interested in helping us create our "dream" bathroom. Best of all, once she gave us prices right on the spot and actually responded to our emails when we had questions about delivery, etc. If you head there, ask for Erin -- she's great! Customer Service is such a basic skill, and it is clearly lacking at the Bedford location. Spend a little extra on gas and head to Malden. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service. Had to "chase" the salesperson several times to get her to respond to emails and phone calls to finalize large bathroom order. When shipment finally arrived, it was missing a few items and one wrong item was sent. Took repeated contacts by me, my architect and general contractor to finally sort out all of the problems. Very frustrating. There appears to be no centralized computer system allowing anyone at the showroom to provide updates on orders; when "my" salesperson was out, no one else could help me. Salesperson never contacted me directly to apologize for all the problems. Felt as if she didn't care about the poor quality service she was providing. I would never recommend Frank Webb to anyone else. read more

Should have read the reviews here first before wasting our time. Due to Covid I filled out the online request for an appointment. Waited 3 days and never received a response. My husband took the day off and we decided to just take a drive over to the Bedford location. Right off the bat we received a cold reception. The receptionist was irritated that we showed up. Her words were "I only have one sales person and they have a 9:30 appointment. I'll see if they can help you." She let us in to walk around. After wandering for 15 minutes we noticed no less than 5 people on the floor none of which made eye contact or said a simple hello. Too busy with their personal conversations I guess. Will never set foot there again. Found an awesome Kitchen and Bath place in Salem, NH. We were greeted the moment we walked in, he answered all of our questions and we made our purchase. read more

I went with Frank Webb in Bedford, for the products I used to renovate 2 1/2 baths, but what an experience it was :( Thankfully I do not have any more bathrooms to renovate, but if I did, I would never use them again. They make promises they can't keep. I had issues with shower fixtures, and need to have a couple of cabinet doors replaced, due to damages, and I'm still struggling to have those minor things replaced/fixed. Ive sent email after email, call after call, it's exhausting!!!! They're not worth the aggravation!! read more

The staff are not knowledgeable about their product and their pricing system is deliberately opaque. My wife and I went there to pick out new bathroom fixtures and while there was a decent range of all the fixtures we wanted, we absolutely could not get a price or even an estimate from the staff. Their system is that you have to choose the set of fixtures you like and then they get back to you in a day or 10 with a quote and if like us you are making your choices based both on how things look and function AND on the price, well, you're SOL. The staff also know very little about their products. I asked questions about durability of one design of faucet vs another, do they have any experience with any of the various faucet / shower designs, do they have any customer feedback about any of the things that we are interested in, and the response was always a hand-wavey "oh, it doesn't matter, you could do it this way or that way, our customers have always been satisfied..." which tells me nothing useful. They wouldn't even give a straight up "no we don't have that information" answer. Basically we learned nothing in there that we could not have from just visiting a webpage. Well, perhaps not, I did get to touch and feel one or two of the faucet models that I had seen online. But the important things like price or any other information that you can't get from online (which is the primary reason you visit a showroom) we got nothing. read more

I recently had a truly horrible experience here. My mother went in to purchase a shower. She picked it out and I called to order. The only thing FW Webb needed to confirm was the size and whether it was a left-side or right-side drain. I confirmed it would be a right-side drain. I asked for confirmation on when it would be available. I was told that they would know with the vendor within 24 hours but it could take up to three weeks depending on their stock (the woman had told my mother everything was in stock). She said once she received confirmation she would give me a call back. NOTHING. No call back so I called the next day again. I spoke with another lady who said she still wasn't able to confirm but she "PROMISED" she would call me back. NOTHING AGAIN. So, I called and spoke with another lady who I told my experience to, along with that I was becoming frustrated... and I still needed to know when it would come in. She looked up the order and stated that the order was noted that they needed to confirm right-side drain or left-side drain. This was three-four days after I had placed the order, and after two times they told me they would call back and they never did. At this point I was very frustrated. Another woman Megan came on the phone (fourth person I talked to) and eased the situation over and confirmed it had been ordered for a "right-side drain" (fourth time to confirm with them) and that it was in stock. She told me she would have it delivered to my house directly to save on time as we were in a hurry. Great! At this point I'm feeling much better about the situation. Shower was delivered to my house as Megan promised. Feeling even better! We called the plumber and he comes by a week later given their schedule. Perfect. We're back in progress with this project. The plumber is in the middle of all the work that goes into the new pipping as we had to tear out all existing pipping. He is now at the part of his job where he needs to install the shower when he says, "we have a problem." The problem was that the shower was a left-side drain, not a right-side drain as we confirmed FOUR TIMES with FOUR DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Frank Webb managed to put the icing on the cake and royally mess this up completely. Never, ever again will we go here. And I recommend you all to find any other place to use when remodeling as this was easily the most nonsensical and careless situation I have ever experienced in all aspects. read more

We went vanity shopping over the weekend and were thrilled to check out this store! Very professional greeting, we walked around and took photos of which vanities we liked. Once we were teamed up with a staff member was when everything went down hill. He knew nothing about the products and I kid you not spent 45 MIN going through the product books looking for prices and if the vanity came in white. TORTURE. ( 5 vanities total). I have never left a nice store like this and thought " Wow, I will never get that 1.5 hours of my life back." We literally had to just get up and leave the store with no prices, no direction, nothing. Why a supervisor did not come over and check out what was taking so long is beyond me. Other couples cruised through and purchased whole bathrooms with other staff members. The salesman's colleague sat next to us in her desk and I could tell that even for her, it was torture watching this guy work. Again, where was the supervisor to assist? We still have nothing from that salesman who was suppose to email us the information. We stayed calm, did not get visibly frustrated, we just let him work... but it was bad. We ended up going to Moniques, had a great experience and bought our bathroom through them. read more

I'm really happy with my experience at this place. The showroom was beautiful, the salespeople were very knowledgeable. They had a great selection at a range of price points. The staff helped me through the whole process from beginning to end and my salesperson answered all my questions in a timely fashion.
