Danny is an awesome person to start my day with, keeping my workout routine very challenging, and answering all the 'whys' I have for each exercise. I had a lot of difficulties trying to workout on my own. I was unsure of weights/reps/sets/form but now that's all a thing of the past. When I reached out to discuss canceling and requesting a refund, the situation was handled very poorly. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, he became defensive and spoke to me in a disrespectful and intimidating manner. I felt pressured and talked down to, rather than treated like a client with valid concerns. Overall, the communication was unprofessional, and this situation was not handled to my satisfaction.
