They thoroughly explained all that was involved in the root canal treatment I was receiving and made sure that I felt comfortable and understood how everything would work. I experienced no pain during the procedure and they checked in with me several times to ensure I was feeling well. After performing a few x-rays, both regular and 360, I saw Dr. Rickoff who asked a lot of questions to ensure that the circumstances leading up to the visit were consistent with what he suspected. After discussing the options, I decided to have a root canal performed immediately. Both Dr. Rickoff and the nurse were very compassionate and ensured they did what they could to keep me comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. All of the staff members with whom I interacted were professional and courteous. I had a few concerns the next day following the procedure and although the person who answered the phone tried to reassure me that this was normal, I still wanted to be sure to run it by the doctor himself. He called me back almost immediately and gave me some peace of mind. He was also in close communication with my regular dentist to ensure continuity of care. Although you hope that you never have to see an endodontist, if you do, this seems like a good office to visit.
