They had to install a new lock cylinder on a 3rd door. we ended up with 3 keys for a total of 11 doors which is pretty good given all the doors were very different and of different ages. The main entrance doors to my house had not had working keys for decades and now they do thanks to this great work. They even adjusted a couple doors for us so that they opened and closed more easily. The service and skill of this entire organization was superb and their attitude was was very positive.

I saw a big difference in the two brands right away and bought the more expensive model. There was NO pressure. The salesman was extremely helpful. The safe is for home use. It is a secure 500 pound monster, with a key and combo lock!!! No one is carrying that baby out of here. Two days later, two guys with an electric dolly muscled it in the house and up a flight of stairs and put it exactly where I wanted it. I was asked what I wanted for a combo and it was set. The fellow had ne lock/unlock the safe a few times. They took the old safe out. There was no mess and no dented walls. Excellent service all around. NOTE: You get what you pay for. Invest in something that cannot be cut open with a zip saw.
