Ordered a pallet of bricks, and other materials for building a walkway. Carefully listed off ALL…read morematerials needed during phone order (which I had written down beforehand). Man who took order left out the plastic edging that I specifically requested. Paid a hefty $175 delivery charge for them to drive the materials to my house. Contractor about to arrive. When I called Ideal and told them that they neglected to include the plastic edging, they told me they had no record of that, and I'd have to pick it up myself. No adjustment to the $175 delivery charge, the time I now have to take off from work to pick up materials that I already ordered to have delivered (or having to pay for my contractor's time to pick it up). If they take down an order wrong, you will be gaslighted. If it's your word against their's, their policy is that the customer is always wrong. Also, their return policies are terrible: if they screw up this badly, could they possibly deliver items you didn't order and then not allow you to return them? Wouldn't put it past them.

She was patient, friendly, and very helpful in us navigating the type and colors we wanted. She helped us stay within our budget and allowed us to take some samples home, so we could see how some of the choices looked in our actual space. One of the pulls ended up breaking upon installation and Kristen was able to get us a replacement one, on the house, which was much appreciated. I went to Concord Lumber today to pickup some hardware and I needed some paint. I went to the paint…read morecounter and stood there for 10min and nobody was around. I stuck my head outback and yelled "Hello" and got no response. I then went up to the front counter and asked if anybody was in the paint department that could help me? The guy at the main counter told me that the guy in the paint dept would be back in just a minute. I walked back over to the counter and again stood there for a minimum of ten minutes and again nobody came to help me. I again walked back to the main counter and again I politely told the same guy as before that nobody had come and that I needed help in the paint department. Again I was told that the paint dept guy would be right over because he had just stepped out back for a minute. I politely told him that he didn't just step out back for a minute because I have been standing over there for 20 minutes at this point but again I walked back to the paint counter stood there. After another 10 minutes past, I could not wait any longer and was pretty frustrated that I had been waiting for a half an hour and that nobody from the main counter did a single thing to try to locate the paint guy and they all were fully aware that I had been standing there for an excessive amount of time. I totally understand that small businesses get busy, but the store wasn't busy! I will go there again sometime in the near future and update this review because I'm hoping today was an oversight. There's no way customer should have to wait a half an hour and basically get brushed off when you asked for help!

From soil, plants, winter items, and even wood pellets during the cold seasons. Many don't know but they also program keys that is so much cheaper than going to the dealer. We've got a few keys programmed and cut at Jerry's and never had any issues. They also do roadside key services. Parking looks scarce when you visit but I've just learned today that you can also park right over at Occonor's restaurant parking lot. They have a small sign posted. Cheers
