What a refreshing experience! This shop is a throwback to times when a handshake sufficed, your word was your bond and people followed through on their promises. After getting a ridiculous quote from a motorcycle dealership to repair and paint a side pannier I was referred to Frank's. Luis helped me and was very positive about the job, in other words it was not too small, and his quote was very reasonable. Because it was just a side pannier I really wasn't that concerned with the quality - I just wanted the scratches out. Not only was the quote fair and the time line reasonable, but when they were finished it looked better than the day I bought the bike some 17 years ago! Not only that, I could not pick it up when it was done because I was just diagnosed with Covid so they offered to drop it off at my house - about a 20 minute drive which I know they used their lunch hour to do. Just had some work done re-attaching my front bumper to the front left panel on my Mustang. I ran over some debris on the freeway and dislodged the two pieces. Luckily no body damage was done, maybe just a few missing clips. If I made an insurance claim with a bigger collision center, they would have ordered me a new bumper and had to match and paint it. It wasn't worth making the claim for such minor damage. Luis offered to re attach the panels at a fair price much lower than my deductible. His labor rates are reasonable and clearly posted at his office. The work was done within the time that it was promised. They even washed the car before I picked it up. I was recommended to come here after my grandpa had his car done here. Someone hit my Subaru in a parking and thankfully left their info so we didn't have to go through insurance. I needed some mild repairs on my driver rear quarter panel, bumper, and door (body work, paint match). I wanted the stock WRX wing removed, holed filled and thenI had a polyurethane lip and trunk lip I wanted paint matched and installed... Well their paint work was horrible. I could see drips and swirls! Not just on the new pieces I wanted paint matched, but on the actual quarter panel itself! Where I had asked them to remove my wing and fill in the hole I could still see through the paint exactly where the holes had been. On top of all that, my car was ready two weeks after they said it would be. I was told to come back in a week so they could fix it. Called a week later they said to come in two weeks. I went two weeks later (3 total weeks after having my car) and was told they were busy with customer for the next few months. Months later my front lip came off. DO NOT COME HERE! read more

Went to Frank's Auto after my father had gotten his car fixed here. I had driven my car against a high curb and the bottom side of my car was not pretty. I went to get a quote from two other places through recommendations of friends but they were a bit high since I'm currently looking for a job. I decided to go to Frank's after remembering they did a good job on my dad's car for a really decent price. I meant with Luis, a really nice guy and he gave me a really great deal. Been a long while since I've been here. Great shop for B+ grade level work at A+ pricing. It's not a place to go if you want A+ grade level work and expect to pay peanuts for it. Trust me, I've looked and such shops dont exist unless you have some hookup or connection - which you dont if you are reading this. I've had really good experiences here and the owner is a great guy. But then again I was not expecting this place to treat the car with kid gloves nor was I expecting paint perfection. Sad story, when the Pokémon game app came out, I rear ended a truck (I had an 02 Honda Civic). And it happened to be my neighbors form the front and the incident happened two blocked from where we both live. So sad. I would give them 20 stars if I could. I have a 1971 VW fastback and took it in for a touch up... needed to remove a little rust and needed one of the rear panels painted. The car has original paint and is good condition. I asked them to match the original paint and try to blend it with the original paint job which had some faded parts. When I went to pick it up, I was blown away at how good a job they did. It is amazing!!! They listened to what I wanted and executed it beyond my expectations. I was so impressed.
