My 2019 CTS-V was rear-ended at a stop light. Required replacing the trunk lid, trim and the carbon fiber splitter. Once the parts were in, was completed in a week and is literally better than new. Horrendously bad customer service. I came in for a quote and Frank took pictures of the damage and my car info as well as my contact information. When I hadn't heard anything in over a week I called to follow up. The receptionist then put me on hold for 11 minutes only to come back and tell me "I'll have to call you back. I'll call you back today or tomorrow, promise". Well, another week passes and I still hear nothing. I call her again, and I get the same answer. After I gave her my information she then mixes up my car with a different one. She promises to call me back the next day. I remind her that she said that one week prior. She then goes on a rant about how "everyone's coming in for estimates". Um, what? Either don't take on customers you can't handle or hire more staff, it's not an excuse. Shockingly, yet another week passes and I still don't hear back. Now 3 weeks later I call and the receptionist tells me that their internet is down so she can't pull up the info. I ask to speak to Frank who then tells me that it's been taking a while to get the quote because he "didn't understand what I [he] took a picture of". How are you running this place? He promises to email me back next day, which he does, only to tell me that his computer crashed so I need to come back in yet again to have my car looked at for an estimate. He then proceeds to write that since my car doesn't have severe damage, I'm not a priority customer. WOW. I went to Caliber Collision and guess what? They were able to give me a quote within less than 24 hours. Nice to be treated like a human being who's ready to provide money instead of ignoring me and giving BS excuse after BS excuse. read more

Went there for a quote on two different occasions. The first was for some chip repair and the second was to check out a small 1/8th inch rust spot in the door jam. The first time I was told to leave my email and they would get back to me with a quote after taking some pictures. This never happened, I never heard back. The second time the gentleman couldn't have been more awkward about making it clear that he had no interest in doing the work. He suggested that I should let the rust fester and that it wasn't worth his $600-800 non warrantied price. Now, this car is a 40k mile e39 M5 -- I'm not about to let it have a rust spot of any size. If the work is not worth your time just say so. I would understand. Instead they chose to alienate a potential customer and made it clear that they don't know much about collector cars. Needless to say they crashed before they even got off the ground and I will not be returning to their shop. I brought it to Proline of pinebrook up the street on rt46 and got a reasonable quote with great service couldn't be happier with how it turned out from them. Frank repaired a dent in my car last year and did a great job. I recently had some small chips on the edge of my door and I thought it was a result of the repair from last year so I called Frank and he said to bring the car in and he'd fix. Well turns out it was in a different spot and not near my issue last year. Frank was fantastic and fixed the spots free of charge. My 2012 Audi had some right front quarter panel damage but as luck would have it, I managed to crumple the fender, bumper, headlight, hood and internals. With 85k on the odometer, AllState dictated aftermarket parts. Paul fought the good fight and ultimately won with all new Audi parts that fit perfectly. Not satisfied to just paint the repair, they blended the new paint not just down the passenger side but over onto the driver's side. The repair and paint are flawless. Also AllState took 8 days to get to the car so these guys busted their butts to get the car done ASAP. They are gentlemen, craftsmen and great to deal with. I recommend them without hesitation.
