And add to that, after all those hours, he STILL takes time to help when you walk in. He'll take time for a test drive & if he can't take your vehicle on the spot, he'll tell you when to come back. They supposedly "fixed" my car but I had to bring it back 3 times for the same problem, and they were satisfied to make me pay each time for what they claimed they had "fixed" it. When I returned the first time, the excuse was "I only fixed one coil instead of all four. When I returned the second time, Jesus said, "You shouldn't have driven your car to Brooklyn, you should have brought it back to the shop as soon as possible, ...it could be anything, but I did fix it." When I brought it back the 3rd time, for the same problem, then they reported the problem was something else. I am a female in my 50s and I believe these youngsters were giving me the runaround. Consequently, I had my significant other call to speak to them. The bottom line is that they were more straightforward with a male customer, and the report was I "may need to replace the engine." I experienced- dismissiveness, rudeness, greed, and a careless, nonchalant attitude that screamed: "I WILL KEEP YOU COMING BACK EVERY TIME & EVERYTIME YOU COME BACK YOU WILL PAY US WHETHER OR NOT WE FIX YOUR CAR." ***I do not recommend this mechanic shop.***

Vacuum hoses were broken during valve cover gasket install, excess oil was not cleaned out per proper installation. Oil drain plug was over torqued and sheared. Window regulator replaced with non genuine part and window scraped when moved up and down. Gus was unprofessional and disrespectful when I brought all this to his attention. He insisted I bring the car back even though he had it a week longer than promised the first time and clearly betrayed my trust. Repeatedly hung up and ignored calls and texts. Go literally anywhere else, it's not worth it.
