No wonder they are not a BBB accredited shop .Brought my wife's 2011 X-3 in to investigate a Leak in A/C system. After bringing it in multiple times and changing out the A/C Compressor then an A/C filter/dryer . Car was in there shop for over a week each time. Third time after having it an additional week and a half they added Freon and said it was a leaking A/C schrader . It sounded like a B. S. Excuse but I went with it . A week and a half later A/C blowing warm ( car sat in my driveway while I was away for that time). Tired of the B.S. and the run around I took it to the BMW dealer were they found an leaking evaporator. Why couldn't the bimmer shop find it. I called him last week to let him know I would be dropping it off Monday morning. Well of course he never called me and it's 2 pm so I called him. He was nasty and said he saw the code but he doesn't have the time today to look at it. No apologies or I will look at it tomorrow and take care of it at no charge. I told him I will just pick it up. I sense he had no desire to look at my car and would probably try to charge me again to fix what he didn't do it. He did tell me on the phone it looks like the chain but when I picked it up he said he didn't say that. I had him on speaker phone and my husband heard him say that too. What he doesn't know is I had already took it to another shop who told me it doesn't look like who did your timing chain did the job right. I'm not rich and felt like the shop who did the work should fix it at no charge. Bob did not do the right thing. Do not trust this shop to fix your car. Bob has a chip on his shoulder and basically told me his not a magician.

I just moved down to Long Island 2 weeks ago and my engine light came on. VW did some diagnostics…read moreon my 2019 Jetta and identified an issue with the oil pressure sensor. They set out to replace it, but realized it was rusted -- part of it came out, but the other part was stuck and they couldn't get it out. They explained I'd likely need to replace the engine. Luckily, it wasn't leaking oil, so I was able to take the car for a 2nd opinion before simply switching out the engine. By a stroke of great fortune, I was advised to try nearby Clover. Bob, the owner there, said he was willing to take a look to see if he could extract the rusted embedded part before resorting to an engine replacement. I handed over the car to him next morning, and by mid-afternoon, he called to say he'd managed to dig out the rusted part and replace it. No replacement engine required! Hard to explain my relief, but suffice to say Bob will forever be my hero! Thanks, Bob -- I'm so grateful you were willing to take a look and apply your skills to this!

I walked out of my house to find my tire as flat as a pancake. Thankfully, I had access to another…read morecar, so I drove up to Joe's International and asked Joe if I could use Fix-a-Flat to inflate the tire enough to bring my truck to him. He explained why that could potentially be hazardous. What happened next completely caught me by surprise. Joe grabbed a can of air, came back to my house with me, inflated the tire, and drove the truck back to his shop. He later showed me the nail he removed before repairing the tire. Talk about going above and beyond! Joe is not only incredibly kind and helpful, he may also be one of the most interesting people I've ever met. Before I left, he even lent me one of his books that had been signed by the author. Experiences like this restore your faith in humanity.
