Each one was so fresh, silky, and buttery, and the provided sauce enhanced the flavor. It was one of the best oysters I had for a while, and well worth the 22 dollars. Crackers were also provided, and it had the right amount of saltiness. The lobster roll came next with chips included. There was an ample amount of lobster, which tasted fresh and good. It could have been a bit sweeter, and the roll recipe is different than the traditional style. While I enjoyed the traditional style better, it was still a good roll. No complaints for being 21 dollars, especially when there was a nice amount of lobster. The service was friendly, but a bit busy and nonchalant. I noticed that shucker explained the origins of the oysters to other patrons, but seemed to skip me on it. I guess he assumed that I knew my oysters. The atmosphere is very casual and small. Only 3 to 4 seats in the bar. The dining area was a bit bigger, but that also caters to the Crooked Can guests drinking at the bar. Outdoor seating was also available. Bruno's Oysters indeed has excellent oysters, and a good lobster roll too. I will definitely come back for their oysters, and maybe order a dozen next time. I am so happy they took the Inkind application for payment, as I had some credits to use. Even better is they also use Resy, and part of the 100 dollar platinum American Express credit every quarter.
