If they don't already have what you are looking for it can probably be special ordered. I prefer to deal with local businesses whenever can vs the big box type places. With jewelry it is important to have someone that you trust to give you a fair price when purchasing or handing over your valuables (especially those with sentimental value). I brought in a Sinn watch bracelet and was very clear that I only wanted a test fit performed and that I did not want any modification made to the watch or bracelet. Despite that, parts were altered to make it fit, and I was informed only after the fact. To their credit, the watch appears unharmed and the bracelet is secure, but ignoring explicit instructions -- especially on a quality mechanical watch -- is not something I'm comfortable with. I would strongly recommend confirming expectations very clearly before leaving watch work here.
