The person who picks phone when you call back said to call them back at 9 am or 5 pm when Mr Vern is there, why cannot he tell Mr Vern to call me back? I called that same evening and he picked up right away, I FaceTimed him and showed him the issue with my lock. He was very knowledgeable and said he would come first thing in the morning. The next morning, Frank came promptly ( brought an extra specialized lock just in case) and he took the time to assess what was wrong. Frank was very honest with me and said the underlying issue was not the lock but the leveling of my door. He could easily have replaced the lock and charged me for that as well as his time to come to the house. Instead, he DIDNT charge me and said he didn't do anything ( although he did adjust my lock a bit to help me utilize the lock temporarily). Although he didn't actually change my locks and I didn't fully use his service, I will promote his services to anyone and everyone I know both verbally and through social media because he deserves ALL the business because of his knowledge, hard work and HONESTY. While he couldn't identify the problem on the spot, he confirmed it wasn't the keys and advised us to take the car to a repair shop, which we expected. The best part came after he left.
