I can not believe what I have just witnessed. This may have been one of the most disgusting and horrifying acts in the Bucks County pizza community I have ever seen. To start off the delivery driver slammed right into my car and then proceeded to decapitate my mailbox while trying to park in my neighborhood. But don't worry it gets even worse, when the driver gets out of the car he had a slice of pizza and some fries in my hand. THAT WAS MY FUCKING FOOD!! Been traveling around the US a lot, but nothing hits like Franks, always delivers quick and the pizza is piping hot. They accommodated customizations and really know how to cook a good pizza. Add extra sauce and ask for it to be extra crispy for that extra delicious bang. Motzy sticks are okay, they could season them better. Still 5 stars read more

Frank's is a great spot to order wings for the Eagles game! We placed an online order this weekend, and although there was a mix up with a delivery issue- they corrected the issue quickly and everything showed up hot & delicious! I am so disappointed in the services I received today I am done with Frank's! it was a crowded night understood, order was phoned in 40 minutes earlier .. when I arrived not ready cool. Told in 5 mins so I checked at 10 minutes I asked 10 times to all 4 cashiers was my order ready each one looked me in my face and ignored me to wait on someone else . This is where my "greater Philly area" friends took me to sample the local-ish-ly popular pizza variant called the tomato pie. Some places do it like an inside-out pizza (cheese under the sauce), but others leave the cheese off of it altogether, and that makes it just about perfect for me. There is some seating in the restaurant, mostly in booths, but my friends said they have almost never seen anyone eating there. It *is* a pizza restaurant, so they probably do most of their business to go. But we ate in this time. It was true, we were the only people eating in for the 90 minutes we lingered. There might have been people picking up orders, but we were in an inner dining area, and it would have been easy not to notice. They allow BYOB, and the server brought us glasses and opened our bottle for us. He was very standoffish, almost shy, during most of our meal, but he was attentive when we needed him. The tomato pie was as good as my friends had described. Good balance of sauce and crust, and there must have been garlic, though I did add a lot of crushed red pepper. That's an easy sell for me, but it must be tough to create something cheeseless that can compete on a menu among cheesy pizzas and get ordered by people who do like cheese. My hosts also ordered garlic knots as an appetizer and cannolis for dessert. I didn't taste those, but they've been coming to Frank's for long enough that I trust they wouldn't get them if they didn't love them. read more

This pizza place has been around for what feels like forever. My parents ordered from Frank's when I was a wee tyke and they still order from Frank's to this day. I'd say a good indicator of my family's die-hard commitment is the fact that everyone in my family has the telephone number memorized. Not kidding.. 674-2222. I remember dialing it in the good old days, when area codes didn't exist. (That's right 2000's babies.. Area codes used to not be a thing.) Everything is consistently good here. What's everything, you may ask.. Pizza, stuffed shells, chicken Florentino, sausage roll, garlic knots, pasta fazool, cheesesteaks, hoagies, stromboli (veggie is soo good), loaded fries, etc. Etc. Our favorite pizza as of right now in Hatboro, Willow Grove, Warminster. Out of about 14 places, this is the best solid New York style pizza. Crust is perfectly chewy and not too thick, sauce is rich, not too light and quality cheese. The pepperoni Stromboli was totally worth the pound of cheese and pepperoni that I didn't need. Never had any problems ordering, always fast. We order about once a month. read more

Mediocre food and poor customer service. They messed up our order. We ordered plain pizza and they brought us margarita pizza. When we called to get the correct pizza, we had to explain the problem 4-5 times. It took 30 minutes to get a new pizza and they never even apologized. On top of that, they had overcharged us by charging for the the specialty pizza. They denied this when we asked and since I didn't have the receipt, I let it go. Avoid this Joint! Food Quality: Hit or miss Service: I signed up for yelp just to register my frustration with this place. Tonight I ordered a cheese calzone and a sicilian pizza. When I came to pick it up, they had only made the calzone. They totally forgot the sicilian, and I should have walked then. The manager talked me into sticking around for 10 minutes while they made a sicilian. I wait and they still charge me full price despite their error inconveniencing me. Well, I get the stuff home and it's terrible. The callzone was not the cheese calzone that we ordered, but a ham calzone. My wife hates ham on her calzone. The sicilian pizza is badly burned and inedible. Here's the kicker, I call and speak with the manager. When I tell him the story, he offers no apology at all. So, I let him know that they'll never see my business again. His response . . . "Alright". The first time I came here I had the pizza. I got one pepperoni and a specialty slice. Both were nearly the worst slices of pizza Ive had in my life, just above what passes for "pizza" out in California. They barely bothered to heat them up in the oven before serving them in all their lukewarm and weirdly sticky glory. Not sure what they're doing to their cheese to make it stick the roof of your mouth when you eat it. I tried not to judge on that occasion. I came back a second time and ordered a cheesesteak today, about a month later. I received... well... steak in a sandwich form, definitely. But there was pretty much no cheese in it. We ordered delivery Pizza last night, and waited 2 hours! We called after the 2 hours, to be told by the girl who took our order, that she had no record of it!! 10 minutes later the food showed up, ice cold, and we were told by the driver, his phone died, and he didn't know where to go! Which is it? First told, no order could be found, then driver told us his phone died, but delivered our order ,cold and soggy! We have ordered numerous times in the past, but NEVER again. Franks Pizza - Amazing!!! Their Tomato Pie is the best around!! I have tried others but none come close. They have these little pepperoni things that are so addicting. They make there pasta fresh as well as their soups, sauces etc... so every time we eat there we know that we are getting the best. They have a big selection of pizza and great salads. I just recently read a review posted by a customer of their Blue Bell location. I work in that area and tried the place - AMAZING! These guys do have a grade A quality pizza. They also have great sandwiches. I live in Hatboro and while driving down County Line came across this shop I had to stop in and see if it was the same people as Blue Bell .... to my suprise it was. Now I can eat Franks during the week and on weekends too. Love the dinners too. read more
