Different cheesesteak #999 in the last four years. Special Guest Eater TaRhonda Thomas. Yes, TaRhonda from FYI Philly on 6ABC. Joe's is a great little family owned and operated Pizza shop. Deb opened early for us. Thank you Deb! The cheesesteak was standard pizza shop cheesesteak. The meat was seasoned nicely. The fried onions and mushrooms spent time on the grill getting to know each other. The cheese was the weak link. It needed a couple slices more and a better cheese melt. Joe's is known for their sauce on top pizza. If you ask, they will put the sauce on the bottom. Thank you to everyone that got up early and made this a great morning.

New to Bucks county , Happened to stop by here , Love their pizza ( crispy , crunch and yummy cheese) . Their fries was crispy and not soggy at all . Over their ketchup and ranch felt like home made . Everything fresh and tasty . Would love to stop by here .

Our new favorite!!! Pet friendly, and the food it's just awesome. They customized my order and it was probably the best thing I've eaten in a very long time. The pizza was so good, the kids loved it and the cheesesteak was awesome too. I had grilled chicken with mozzarella and sauce. I included a picture! It was so pretty too! Kimberly treated our puppy like a little queen brought us water for her and everything !! Soo happy we will definitely will be coming back! Thanks!!

My husband and I ate at Joe's pizza for the first time and we were really happy with our order. I got a peperoni slice of pizza and my husband had a cheesesteak hoagie. My husband said his sandwich was tasteful and the bread was fresh and so was the produce. The cheese on my pizza was exceptionally good and so was the peperoni. The environment was cozy and the staff was nice. All in all i would recommend this local pizza shop to others. And i would eat here again.

I had an appointment across the street and they were running late and I was starving. I noticed Joe's and decided to see if they sold by the slice, which they do. I got a nice big slice of piping hot pepperoni pizza with a sprinkling of garlic and oregano. I was so hungry that I was eating it on my way out the door, burned my mouth it was so hot, but totally delicious, plenty of pepperoni to cover every inch, lots of good cheese and I loved the sauce and my fave baby, thin crust. The only thing I was disappointed in was, their daily special was two slices of pepperoni pizza and a soda for a few more cents and no one informed me, I saw it on a table tent, walking out the door. I was cool though, it satisfied my hunger and the slice was quite large. When in the area again, next time I'll do it right!

I really wanted to like the pizza here. 4.5 stars on Yelp is a godsend, and the pictures looked great, so I was very excited. This place was hustling and bustling when I came in on a Friday night. Small dine-in area was filled, phone was ringing constantly, cooks in the background busy. The counter girls were very friendly, had smiles on their faces, and were patient as I ordered. So far, a five star experience. Got my pizza in good time and proceeded home. For me, the pizza left much to be desired. I found the pizza a little light on cheese, and the dough was a little dry, almost like a wheat pizza texture. And the crust was big, which means the cheese and sauce didn't go far enough to the edge. It looked pretty, but didn't wow me as expected. Ingredients seemed fresh; there just wasn't enough of it... Outside of the pizza, everything was great - price, service, location. But pizza is a key element for me.... So the hunt for good local pizza in the Willow Grove area continues.

Large cheese pizza 16 inches of pure goodness :)

The important thing though, is that I finally went there today and got a cheesesteak with fried onions. The first thing I did when I got home was weigh it. 2.3 lbs of cheesesteak goodness. Naturally, the enormity of the thing comes at a cost: $19.10 out the door. Being honest, I don't know what started this trend of "more food than you can possibly eat", but it's "a thing" now, so what can you do? Buy it, and share or save half for later. But, back to the steak. I'd say the closest competitor that I'm aware of would be High Steaks in Ambler, but in terms of meat to cheese ratio and flavor, I'm giving Verona the edge. In fact, I'd say it's the best or tied with the best cheesesteak I've ever eaten, and I'm old - so that's saying a lot. So we've got a great a steak that will easily serve two, a friendly staff, and prices within the realm of what you'd expect for August 2026. In addition to those tangible things, I take some joy in seeing that the choke hold once around the wallets of locals by that other place that shares it's name with it's location, has finally been broken. Competition is a great thing, and when you're greeted with a smile and a "thank you" that accompanies your order, that makes a huge difference, and is very refreshing. Overall: Delicious cheesesteak, friendly service, and they seem to appreciate that you're giving them your business. That's an A+ in my book.

Good call because one square was the perfect amount for dinner. And now we have a few meals to heat up for the next few days. The drinks were excellent and the pizza was outstanding. Great flavor. Our server Ally was welcoming and friendly and top notch on service. It is the middle of winter so we weren't considering outside dining, but they have a great outdoor space near the street. It reminds me of the good ol' days when businesses/business owners knew the names of their customers. They know their customers' names! On Sunday, I was leading out a meeting in the gymnasium at Huntingdon Valley Christian Academy and needed to provide lunch. I let New Village know ahead of time the big order we would need and once again they delivered. We picked up 10 hot, delicious, and fresh giant pizzas for our gathering and before I knew it there were a few slices left of the plain, a few more of the pineapple, but only one of the tomato pie! The people loved their lunch from New Village AND although of the10 pies ordered, 3 were (garden) vegetable, not one slice was left and people were upset that they didn't get any and that I didn't order more vegetable pizzas :) Many were amazed at how fresh and plump the vegetables were! I saw reviews for New Village Pizza and Grill and I said to myself there is no way that the pizza is this good. Of course, I had to find out for myself and see if those 4.7 stars was legit instead of living vicariously through the Yelp reviews and pictures. Ordering is pretty easy through their site and I went with a small mushroom, pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese pie along with some wings. Ok, the reviews were correct. The pizza was very good. Pizza is subjective and different flavors are preferred all over, but I think this will hit the spot for any pizza lovers. It was a nice buttery crust but not greasy and so glad there was an even amount of ingredients. At times you get way more of one ingredient than the rest and there is just an imbalance in the flavor like they have an overstock of one ingredient they need to get rid of. The wings were ok but wish they had a bit more kick in the buffalo sauce. When looking at the menu this place has it all. When I say all, I am talking about burgers, grinders (hoagies), pasta, seafood, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches, gyros, and I am sure if you ask for something not on the menu they can hook it up for you. If in the area again I will be partaking on another trip and stopping there again. A solid four stars.

The food was all ready when I got there and they put the milkshake in the freezer, so it was nice and cold. The cheese pizza was really good! It definitely has a doughier crust, but it is not too doughy, and really I liked the flavor and bite. The ratio of cheese to tomato sauce was good - both tasted nice and fresh. The chocolate milkshake tasted a bit like it was made with European milk chocolate, or something like a Crunch bar, which was definitely a twist to a Chocolate milkshake. Despite that, the consistency was pretty good and if you like that type of chocolate, you will enjoy this milkshake. The lady at the front of the store was really nice and got everything I ordered served to my quickly. A man working there also held the door for me, which was nice.
