Fun atmosphere, great drinks! Wishing Frank all the best on his next adventure in life!

Atmosphere: I actually love the inside of this little place. From the outside, it looks like a shack. Like nothing more then maybe a storage shed or an outhouse. But the inside is so charming and inviting. There's two Ohio lottery machines, which is great because we went just to catch the beginning of the browns game and have a couple appetizers while playing some keno. Food & Drinks: I had my usual (whiskey neat. Kinda hard to screw up). Kayla got a beer. She said it tasted funky though. Like it may have been skunked (for those of you who don't know, that's when your beer is refrigerated then comes to room temp and refrigerated again). Now we were only here to play a couple games of keno so we only got two appetizers this time. The big ass pretzel and the pickle chips. Kayla said the big ass pretzel was DELICIOUS and the chipotle aioli had a pretty potent kick but it didn't stop her from eating it all. The pickle chips (served with ranch) were also delicious. Server was pleasant enough and it is definitely somewhere where we will be coming back. Next thing on the menu we will be trying is the frankenfurter and the wings. Tips for restaurant. -Update your website, make the menu more easy to find and navigate. -On your wings menu, be specific that "Franks hot" is not the actual Franks Name-brand hot sauce but actually, your house made sauce. Simply changing the menu from "Franks hot" to "Franks house hot" would make all the difference because people who actually live hot wings steer WAY clear from that crap. -Get a crispy chicken sandwich on that menu, y'all. That's the only thing your perfect selection of pub food is missing! We will be back and I will update the review!

The Wednesday special is where it's at, that is the best time ever to come to Frank's! This is a great little small restaurant bar to come to and chill out.

The fried green tomato BLT is my new favorite sandwich. Must get the fries- they are crinkle cut with salt and pepper so they are binge worthy, quite frankly.

The beloved cap'n and diet on the patio.

Consistently good food, service, and company. On the main street but small enough to feel like a secret. Love this place!

Not fancy. Good vibe. Conveniently located, has its own parking lot. I'd go back.

The sausage balls were amazing and the Da Vinci, the Italian sub, was to die for. Fries cooked perfect with right amount of seasoning.

The food. The food is very good. We tried three different wing flavors. The house made buffalo, the Thai chili, and the citrus jerk wings. They fell off the bone and were delicious. I would have to say the best wings I've had, these really did stand out, and would say they are worth trying. They are a bit pricier than other places wings, but the flavor is there. What we really came here for was the burger, we've been trying every place that the Akron Beacon Journal did a tournament for to determine our own favorite, without nostalgia influencing our decisions. The burger was fantastic. The meat is seasoned well and the bread was soft and fluffy. The sauce tasted homemade and unique, but didn't take away from the burger. The pickles on it as well are homemade or made from a company nearby, but they're also very good and different than any you get at the store. I will definitely be back. This was very good on a day where we stopped at 3 places and this happened to be the last.

Listen, the chairs and tables alone warrant the lowest possible review…read more I was genuinely pissed off when I saw tiny, weak ass chairs barely able to hold a fully grown adult ass. The size of the tables is fucking offensive. How the hell are you gonna bring me big ass bowls of wings and cram them onto a table better suited for a dollhouse!? If you want to be comfortable while you eat, avoid this place. Someone, PLEASE tell me why I can get legit ass tableware and glassware but they bring the most impotent, minuscule, microplastic laden, to go ramekins for the blue cheese or ranch! REAL ASS RAMEKINS EXIST! Someone give them some, because that plastic shit is disgusting and stupid. The food? Also terrible. Onion dip - bland Apricot bbq sauce - tastes like fermented gym socks Jerk - NOT A DRY FUCKING RUB! The heat so overpowered the entire sauce that the remaining herb flavors were obliterated. Whomever thought to call this "jerk" should be taken to the birthplace of jerk seasoning and be publicly humiliated. The ONLY decent sauce they have is Buffalo. They should take the rest of their menu back to the fucking drawing board. The service was just barely competent. I get so damn tired of pretentious motherfucking restaurants more interested in a cute logo than providing great food, great service, and comfortable seating. Oh, and fuck accessibility. NOTHING about this place is accessible. Two stars so this review isn't buried, but the place should be fire bombed.
