He gave me an affordable quote and wrote it down for me, with a 45K mile warranty. He ordered it and asked me to come back the next day around 10:30. They arrived the next day the same time I did. I walked a few doors down to a taqueria and had tacos and coffee while I waited (and played Scrabble on the phone to kill time). I called about an hour and a half later to check in. My car was ready! He charged me the price he quoted and I was back on the road!

The gunk clogged our valve on top of the leak. I called a not-to-be-named mainstream auto shop, and without missing a beat, they said they'd only replace a tire in our situation. JT's was the exact opposite, in all the best ways. They answer the phone almost immediately every time and with so much energy that you feel comforted - like your problem is fixable. Then you get there, and the team is helpful and efficient. They get right to business and clearly know their tires. On top of it all, I literally watched our service member make sure every new step he added was necessary. Instead of upselling immediately to a full valve replacement, he tested both parts to make sure it was necessary. That was the moment they won our loyalty, honestly. Fifteen to twenty minutes later, our valve is replaced, the nail found and removed, and the tire patched. They charged a very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend.

I've used Llantas 8 in the past and never had issues, which is why I trusted them this time. My old tires were separating on the sidewall, and I couldn't afford $400 for two new tires. I trusted this shop to sell me something safe. Instead, they sold me two tires that are over 12 years old. Let that sink in. I then drove 4 1/2 hours back home on those tires. After inspecting them further, I discovered one tire also has a slash, which explains why it was mounted in a way that hid the manufacturer date. When I contacted them, I was told to drive back for an exchange. That was not an option for me. Please be careful. This is a serious safety issue. I'm grateful my family and I made it home safely, but I will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. ..................................
