wish I could leave zero stars, but that isn't an option. I will be as blunt as possible while remaining respectful. I traveled from Fort Worth to Rosenberg to visit family. I've used Llantas 8 in the past and never had issues, which is why I trusted them this time. My old tires were separating on the sidewall, and I couldn't afford $400 for two new tires. I trusted this shop to sell me something safe. Instead, they sold me two tires that are over 12 years old. Let that sink in. I then drove 4 1/2 hours back home on those tires. After inspecting them further, I discovered one tire also has a slash, which explains why it was mounted in a way that hid the manufacturer date. When I contacted them, I was told to drive back for an exchange. That was not an option for me. Please be careful. This is a serious safety issue. I'm grateful my family and I made it home safely, but I will never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. .................................. Cuando los contacté, me dijeron que regresara para hacer un cambio. Eso no era una opción para mí. Por favor tengan cuidado. Esto es un asunto serio de seguridad. sold me a used tire. later that day car stars pulling all the way to the left as i'm on the highway. i exit and check the tire, its flat. i put my spare on and notice the used tire they sold me is from 2012.. with all type of cracks and bubbles in it. i could have died?!? Do not come here at all if you value your life. Piss poor customer service and a horrible owner. I bought three tires from them; one was flat the next morning. Took it back, and the exact tire was flat again the next day. The wheels were also not balanced, and it is a rough ride at 60 MPH. Two days later, I hear a loud smack and pull over when driving. A lug nut had flown off, and now the wheel stud was damaged and loose. The owner had the nerve to call me a bad customer because I returned to ask him politely to fix the issues. For non-Spanish speakers, feel free to record when they switch to Spanish, but go there at your peril. read more

Crooks! I have never had so many tire issues than I have had with them. First they lost my security bolt and I have to get another! Next I got a huge hole in the tire they sold me and I buy another tire from them and I get home and I have a screw in my other tire that just magically appeared out of nowhere. Seriously! Not coincidentally.. I have never had so many nails in my tires. Check your tires before you leave there if you do purchase tires from them. Save your money and just go to discount tire. read more

Don't recommend this place, my daughter took her car to balance her tires and left with her tires wobbling, and the owner wouldn't check, if the were installed incorrect he kept telling us that we need a mechanic. I took the tires off and reinstalled them correct and the wobbling was gone. You have been warned. read more

Zero stars! Crooks! Scratched up all of my rims. Balance job worse than when took it in. The steering wheel almost jumps out of my hand it shakes so bad. When confronted about $3000 wheels being scratch said oh well. read more

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is made up of SCAMMERS. I purchased a new tire, and it turns out the tire was manufactured 14 years earlier. It lasted 1.5months and completely ripped. Additionally the laborers broke my stud which cost me $189. I tried to contact them to ratify my but they would hang up every time I called. read more

After purchasing a new tire one week ago today I was stranded on the side of the road with a tire that seemed to fall apart. After spending $145.00 on ONE tire I was very disappointed that my safety was put in danger by the staff of this business. I took the tire to the business thinking they would replace the poor quality one that they had installed on my vehicle one week prior and I was astounded when the staff member told me it was MY fault for not putting air in the tire and that they were not responsible. I would think that putting air in a tire would be mandatory upon installation and before allowing me to drive my vehicle off the property???? Not only was my life put in danger but the receipt I received the day I purchased the tire clearly states 15 day guaranteed. DONT make the same mistake that I did. This place has poor customer service, high prices, and clearly does not care about the safety of their customers.
