They're inexpensive and painless to deal with. I was pleased to see my vision had barely deteriorated since my last eye exam, a year or two after my first visit to the Roseville America's Best. I really should have gotten bifocals though, as my prescription for my nearsighted eyes brings objects into the distance into clear focus but isn't so kind to what's right in front of my face. Not wanting the sticker shock of what that would do to the bottom line and longing to avoid the geriatric vibe of bifocals I forewent them. I can always just take the glasses off to read but in the future I might need to make that pride shattering adjustment. I had to wait several days for my glasses to be ready but it was a day or two earlier than their estimate. I was more than ready to ditch my spare pair as their twofer deal provided me with new spares. It wasn't quite as cheap as advertised, I forget what the up charge was but it still was reasonable. I highly doubt this place is truly America's BEST contacts and eyeglasses but America's Pretty Good Eyeglasses and Contacts as I would dub it likely isn't the best branding.

They had my eye exam completed, and a new (but relatively unchanged) prescription for new glasses within 30 minutes. The selection of frames was wide and there were many options across multiple price ranges. The staff even helped me decide on which new frames I should pick. I was helped by the manager, Gabby, who was very polite and professional in working with me. And the best part: I got my new glasses for nearly half the cost of where I got my last pair. They are very good at what they do and they are very nice. The ones that help you pick it out and they're the ones that help you sign it out. The doctor that I see for my kids is very wonderful. I've been going there for years however today, I would have to say they significantly screwed up because I will no longer be taking my family there. I was running literally about four minutes late for my appointment and I was more than halfway there and the lady told me well. He's fully booked and offered me a two something appointment no I don't do afternoon appointments number one and if you have all these appointments in the afternoon, then you're not fully booked and to not let me come in for my appointment because I'm about four minutes late is absolutely absurd you're supposed to be allowed up to 15 minutes late to an appointment without it being missed, but they don't prepare for that obviously and I do have to say I am pretty ticked off because I'm been seeing so many specialist and so many doctors lately and I know the difference between being treated like a person and being treated like money and they don't treat you as a person with feelings. My oldest daughter has had a rough time since birth medically and has seen many drs and specialists. We've encountered numerous healthcare professionals and most seem to have become jaded and have lost their compassion and I can't say the same for Angel. She has always been so extremely genuine and compassionate and very helpful. She has gone above and beyond for us on several occasions and I can't thank her enough.
