Horrible, they lie to your face, Dr got the script wrong had me order frames too thin which the lens kept popping out. Over 3 months later I asked for a refund and they refused. Said I had to pay $600 for lab fees first. Told me my insurance did not pay for the labs, but after I rrcieved the receipt they did infact pay over $600, months ago. I had to go back and forth over 10 times for junk. They say lunch is between 2-3 but its really 2-4 too. Only thing nice there is the dog. I have a witness and proof to this too. Run!! read more

Run, do not go there. I went there beginning of March, 2025. Ordered glasses and could not see well with them, had to get new script and new lens made. Then, after one week lens popped out, they put them back in and said it will happen again and to go anywhere to have them put back in. Happened again and they said the frame is too thin for my lens and needs to be shaved down, why did I not know that when I picked them out/purchased them? It lasted about a week and it popped out again. Went to another eye clinic and they said they are defective. Called Warren Optometric and asked for refund they said they had lab fees that they need refunded back. I offered to pay the lab fee out of pocket and they said it was nearly $700 that THEY paid out of pocket and would need that much to cover the lab costs. I felt bad for them and, just ordered a new frame from them. Within 10 minutes of telling they paid out of pocket for my lab fee they gave me a receipt stating that the $699.00 lab fee was totally refunded ( I have a witness to this and the receipt) They lied to my face. They state that they are closed for lunch on their website and their phone message but when I go there its closed between 2 and 4pm not the 2-3 as they state. Have video of them finally opening again nearly 4pm after lunch! I was there multiple times waiting for their lunch to be over to get my glasses or fixed. It took 3 1/2 months and 10 times going there to get it right for new glasses. The Doctor ordered the wrong prescription, they gave me faulty glasses and they outright lied. I have had eyeglasses for years and never a problem. This company was horrible. I have the receipt and a witness to this too! read more

I recently moved to the area and went to see Dr. Ellie during their trunk show on 11/11/19. Ive never really thought much about going to the eye doctor, but I was extremely impressed with the whole process. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an adorable dog Benji who was so well behaved. The staff was warm and accommodating. Dr. Ellie was very professional and thorough, but also very fun. Her office is very high tech including an amazing exam area that moves so you don't have to (See pictures). While I was there they had representatives from Fendi and Gucci that helped me try on glasses and they really helped me pick out glasses that fit my face shape and style. This was definitely the best experience i've ever had at an eye appointment and will definitely tell my family and friends! read more

Dr. Ellie is the best. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I've bounced around from optometrist to optometrist in the past but I've finally found one I can stick with! My friend recommended this place so I recently went in for an eye exam and everything was great. The staff is super friendly and were really helpful in answering my questions about my insurance and coverage. Dr Daneshvar did one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. She explained everything as she did the exam. Afterwards, she answered all my questions. I ended up buying a really cute pair of glasses and I absolutely love them. I can see so much better and can't wait to go back in a few months to buy a new pair of sunglasses. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Dr. Ellie is amazing! I suffer from a Rare Disease that affects my vision. Over the last 40 years after visiting numerous Optometrist I have never found one that understood my condition or was able to help me find the right glasses...until I met Dr. Ellie. She helped me find the perfect designer sunglasses and had them set with my prescription. I got them very quickly too! If that wasn't good enough, I had been told for over 20 years I wasn't a candidate for contacts. Dr. Ellie fitted me for my first pair and her staff was amazing at teaching me how to put them in! I went to see Dr. Ellie today and the whole experience changed my attitude about doctors. I did not want to leave the house today let alone deal with a doctor but the staff was friendly and all beautiful women. The facility and machinery was very nice and up to date. The doctor was very smart, nice, and good at her job. Bonnie the frame fitter was also very knowledgeable about the field of vision and was very helpful.
