Great cider and great views! Unfortunately, poor service. We were there for a friends' birthday on Sunday and made the most of it, but the service was very slow, our food took nearly an hour (for a hot dog), and the server was rude. The server never gave our table the bills (big faux pas). We were just given the machine with tip included. Having been in the service industry for years, this was really disappointing. All that said, the drinks and scenery were awesome. I just hope they work out their staffing. read more

Another great visit to the Cidery. My server was prompt and came back numerous times to check to see if we needed anything. We ordered a pizza and it came super fast and was delicious. This is the kind of place you head out to for the atmosphere and not the quality of the food or drink or, for that matter, even the service. There's a wide variety of cider flavors available here, but the cider itself isn't particularly good other than for the variety. It's a bit like going to Coldstone Creamery for ice cream. Sure, there are a lot of options, but they're all mediocre. Also, the service is astoundingly slow. There's a ninety minute limit on tables when they have a line and it can easily take an entire hour to get your cider (unfortunately, that's not an exaggeration). On the plus side, the location is beautiful and they host a lot of fun events here. read more

Cute place to grab some drinks. Weather wasn't the greatest when we were there, but they provided us with blankets to keep us warm. They have various ciders on tap and some food options. I noticed their pizza oven and would definitely try it out the next time I'm here. Service was great, they were friendly and attentive. I had a full flight of ciders, which was actually quite a decent amount. My favourite was the black currant and cardamom. I didn't find it that dry and it had a nice flavour to it. The mango mojito had as strong mint flavour, but I couldn't really taste mango. The Earl grey surprisingly had a strong Earl grey flavour. The pear orange blossom was my least favourite due to the strong floral taste. But overall, the selection was good. read more

It's been quite a while since we visited the Fraser Valley Cidery. On previous visits, we have enjoyed flights of various ciders - their excellent House cider, an extra dry, a sweeter version, a community press, and our favourite "Rosy", which uses raspberries in addition to apples. On this visit, things seem to have changed. Is there such as thing as too many options? There was mango mojito, cherry vanilla, lavender sour, maple chipotle... I suppose they want to have something for everyone, but what we missed was.... apples. There was only one actual apple cider on the taps list. The flavoured ones are frankly overdone and lacking in subtlety, and do not showcase the craft of cider making, which was their strong point in the past. On the plus side, the patio area is spacious and beautiful, with a large covered area for shade seekers or rainy days, and lots of lawn area. The washrooms are conveniently located. The snacks from the little food hut are great (we love the rosemary almonds). I noticed a pizza oven, and would like to try the pizzas on a future visit. read more

OBSESSED with this place! On amazing farmland, this cidery is one you certainly don't want to miss! My partner and I were fortunate to stop in on a weekend trip to Langley with tourism Langley and we felt right at home at this cidery. Lots of great outdoor space so perfect for covid. It's awesome to sit at the multiple picnic tables and lounge chairs taking in the sunshine. We ordered two flights and our favourite two ciders were Rhubarb and Mango Mojito! Both absolutely delicious! Fraser Valley cider co also treated us to a lovely picnic assortment of some of their great food! We got a cheese box with three different times of cheeses and jellies, olives, chips with THE MOST AMAZING DIP - dill and green onion. I will crave it daily now. We also got a Brie grilled cheese and a lovely cheese and apple tart! We felt very spoiled and the food was so darn tastey. During our time there, there was also a fringe style play going on on the grounds which made for even more fun and entertainment! I highly recommend stopping in here and can't wait to bring our friends back! It's a gem you don't want to miss. read more

Our sports club recently held an event at this amazing cidery. We were so impressed with the venue, catering, and the amazing ciders. Great prices and atmosphere. The owner was very accommodating. Cider flights are nice for tasting and picking your favourite. They have regular events with music and special foods. It is in a nice part of Langley farmland and has indoor and out door seating. Went for the cheese fondue ($21 pp), and most of our group of 6 ordered a flight of ciders as well ($9 to $12 each). Fun loud atmosphere on the patio, was happy it was not cold even in November! Liked trying many kinds of cider and the mulled cider had a good reception in our group too. Fondue was good, served with lots of bread and some apples and sausages. Service was friendly, but very slow. Took 20 minutes to take the drink order and at least 30 more to GET the drinks. Luckily the atmosphere was fun while we waited. Two hour time limit to the visit - happily, even with late drinks, two hours was plenty, so that was not a detriment - in the end. Will return. read more

This place is a cider lovers paradise! We went here on a hot summer day & were given the option of a table, bench, or seats out in the orchard. We ordered a taster flight of all the aperitifs & every cider they had available. The service was impeccable; all the servers were so sweet & kind! The venue was extremely clean & even the bathrooms were sparkling. The food options to pair with the cider had just a few options, but regardless we will definitely be returning again soon! read more

The cider is mediocre at best. Very bland and poor flavor in all 8 we tried. We also ordered a charcuterie board, 30 minutes later we have finished our flights and still no food. Service was so poor that, when we went to check in on our food after 30 minutes, we were only told "it's coming out now" with nothing else. Would not recommend at all. We ended up cancelling the food because there was no indication it would be put to us an hour and nothing was even cooked! It is just meat, cheese and crackers on a plate! Overall, poor cider and even worse service. It's too bad because I wanted to like this place. I have loved every other cidery I've visited in BC. If you're looking for a good experience, give this place a pass for sure. read more

You can find this local gem right along 16 Avenue, look for the big, red flags that say "Cider". When you first turn in there are cute wooden signs that point you in the direction of the cidery as it is set pretty far back off the road. Park in the gravel lot next to the building and walk past some outdoor seating to get to the entrance. Upon entering, there are a couple of tables inside as well as a bar area where you can do tastings or have glasses of cider. I tried the tasting ($4, but refunded if you purchase a 750mL bottle) which included 5 different types of their local cider (bone dry, house, rosy, elderflower, and honey). They also had some food available (charcuterie platter) and non alcoholic beverage options for the DDs in your group. The staff was very friendly by welcoming us to British Colombia and provided us a map of other local places we should check out. They are also dog friendly, so I would definitely recommend heading here with your pup (or human pals) and grabbing a glass of cider to enjoy! read more

I would not recommend the Fraser Valley Cidery based on extremely poor customer service. The bartender here was extremely rude to myself and the two girls I was with. We could not get out of there fast enough. I work in the customer service industry and I would not recommend this place to anyone!
