Hands down the best pizza in Flagstaff, but they also have great wings and salads! The slices for lunch are amazing! They are so big, and I always love to see what the slice of the week is going to be! The Haleakala and Hot Javelina add pineapple are two of our faves! And yes, we like pineapple on our pizza! I love their Sweet Chili wings! The skin always a bit crispy and the sweet and hot combo is so tasty! Paired with a yummy Spinach Salad, and you have the perfect meal! Service is always great and quick, and if you're going to eat there, there is plenty of seating, but it does get pretty busy during lunch! This location can get a bit noisy, but it's just because it's busier. Great prices too! You can't go wrong with a meal at Fratelli Pizza! read more

Fratelli is consistently good. We've going there since they first opened so I've probably eaten several hundred pizzas and have had every topping combination they offer. I usually get plain cheese and a salad now unless work is paying for it but all of the pizzas are very good. The cheese, the sauce, the crust, and the toppings are all high quality. Really great gourmet topping options, not just the basics. The slice of the week is fun and opens up new interesting topping combos and flavors. The house salad with the house maple vinaigrette is great. It's tangy and not overwhelmingly mapley or too sweet. The ranch dressing is excellent, especially for dipping pizza crust. it's made in house not out of a jug. The wings are always good when we get them. Fratelli pizza is a staple in our household and I can't think of any visit when the service wasn't at least okay. The other locations have 4.1-4.3 stars at the time of this review and I think that's a pretty fair assessment of their average. This one has under 4 which is odd because they're all about the same. The pizza is always good to great depending on variables like the day, the cook, the oven, etc. I like my pizza medium well. Sometimes I get one that's a little floppy for my preference but I just throw it in the oven or toaster oven for a couple minutes and bam. The last one I got here was a 5 star pie. It was slightly heavy on the sauce and light on the cheese with a medium well crust that almost resembled a wood fired pizza. That's not really their norm, it's usually a good balance of cheese to sauce but I really liked it because the sauce is so good. I give 5 stars for consistent quality over many years, to help bring the 4th st average up, and because they're a part of our culture and give back to the community read more

We've ordered items to go twice since we've been in Flagstaff. I tried using the website but after registering it wouldn't take my credit card. I had much better luck ordering by phone. When I called my call, after pressing "1" for this location, my call was answered quickly. I was given an estimate of when my order would be ready and it was spot on. My first order was a Santa Fe Calzone. When I picked up the pizza box it came in, I was surprised how heavy it was. The Santa Fe is a chicken calzone with jalapeño, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. It was outstanding! It was a couple of meals. The next order was two large cheese pizzas. When we got it home, we had one cheese and one 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. They were also very good. Fratelli's is highly recommended if you're in Flagstaff. read more

We came here for our last dinner of our trip up here. We got there at around 5pm and it was moderately busy but took an hour for one of our two pizzas to come out. The second had been made wrong and they said they would remake it, while half the table finished eating another 25 minutes went by before the second pizza came out. They made a mistake and instead of prioritizing remaking our second pizza while we were waiting they made other orders and made no effort to make the situation right, citing that there were lots of online orders coming in. Our six year old was sitting there for an hour and twenty five minutes hungry and melting down. read more

The pizza had a great thin crust with good stringy cheese. The crust was a little crisp and not at all soggy. Order at the counter and it's brought out to you. There were a few TVs with current sports on. The fountain drinks are self serve endless. Nice local place for a pizza and a beer. Unfortunately no Goonies were spotted during my visit. read more

Just ok- nothing really spectacular like some of the reviews said. The house salad and Caesar salad were both great, but the dressings seemed very oil heavy. The pizza was just ok. We had a half pepperoni/sausage and pineapple all over. We didn't care for the sausage slices, it made them somewhat hard and dried out. The sauce and pizza dough seemed lacking in flavor. read more

This smells like a neighborhood pizza joint from my childhood. Turns out it's a neighborhood pizza joint on 4th Street in Flagstaff. You walk in they're making the pizzas through some plexiglass you can watch them roll it out and fire them in the oven. We ordered a salad as well and it was a nice plate of fresh greens. The pizza finally came out and is a pizza with everything the crust was perfect there was plenty of pizza the sauce is just right this is a fantastic neighborhood pizza place. They have a self-serve soda fountain and brewed iced tea. I'm not sure they have beer and wine but I'm probably do cuz they're a pizza place. Parking is adjacent to the building in a large parking lot and super easy. And the restrooms are very clean on the side of the dining area. read more

The rating for this place is way too low for the quality this place is. One of the best traditional (non chain) pizza joints in town. Their daily specials are fun and surprising. The lunch combos are a great price. Pizza and Caesar salad and drink combo is the perfect amount of food. Sometimes the pizza is greasy, but napkins work well. Another update: I don't want people to think all the Fratelli Pizza locations in Flagstaff are trash. They aren't. The downtown location is far and away the best. The fort valley location is a distant second, and the 4th street location recently lost a blind taste test to a frozen totinos pizza. Words can't express how bad the 4th street location has become. I've been suspicious that their oven hasn't been working for a while but I think it's confirmed. If they served steaks instead of pizza, everything would be served rare. Take out orders are cold. Dine in orders are cold. Single slices are barely thawed. Imagine you purchased a take and bake pizza and left it in your car to bake for about 15 mins and that's about the product you receive from this location. How can downtown figure it out but this location cannot? We may never know. One thing is certain though; I'll forget just how bad this location is in a couple years and come back only to be severely disappointed once again. So bad. My favorite pizza place and I don't even live in Flagstaff. I make sure to visit every time I'm up here though. Pizza is perfect - great crust, delicious marinara, and cheese ratio is just right. House salad and toasted ravioli are also great. Staff is nice. Atmosphere is that of a homey pizza place. I don't partake but they have local beer and sports on their TVs. Been coming here since I was a kid, some of the best pizza I've had. Tonight was odd though, I picked up an order and was driving home and received a call that I had the wrong pizza. Not a big deal, I was 2 minutes down the road so I went back to get the correct pizza. When I went in I mentioned to the staff they could either take the original pizza back and have it themselves, or I could take it, I just didn't want them to throw it away (they obviously couldn't hand it out). Guy at the counter was cool, he told me to take it. However, there was a girl behind the counter to who said something along the lines of "yeah have a good night, 'f you' "as I walked out the door, which is just insane? I'm not one to leave yelp reviews but that's honestly crazy, homegirl needs to be fired if she's talking to customers like that. We've eaten here twice in a month because it's that good!! I was shocked to see the average review is only 3.5 stars because this pizza is seriously good! We've had cheese (we have a toddler), the Route 66 (highly recommend), a meatball pizza (yum!), and pepperoni! We've also had the bbq wings (they were just okay but definitely not bad), and the salad w the maple dressing (holy moly, so good!). One of my fav pizza places in all AZ. Good quality cheese, crispy chewy crust with a good flavor. Usually great service. The best part, for me, is their ranch dressing. I buy it by the cup full (like a soda cup, to go, full of ranch, LOL) and I use it throughout the week for salads and dipping. I wish I could make ranch dressing this good at home, and believe me, I've tried. I do think they changed their crust recipe a little from how It was a few years ago, but it's still great, just a little different. My only complaint is when I get mushrooms on the pizza there are barely any on there, probably because they shrink so much after cooking. I wish they would be a little more heavy handed with the mushrooms. read more

Pizza and salads are good but the wings are about the size of my pinky and dry. I also think its unfair to charge an extra 12% fee on takeout orders. I think it includes tip? I like to tip on good service when I'm eating there and not for bad takeout service. Three months ago the girl entered cheese only when i ordered pepperoni. Didn't notice til I got home. Manager was nice to give me another pizza at no charge for a later time. Two nights ago, the same girl (name is easy to remember), forgot 2ltr soda and ranch for wings.
