    Chicken Parm.

Sevice was amazing and food was good! Had their Lasagna and chicken parmigiana, both dishes were well portioned and delicious. The atmosphere is noce but not out of this world fancy and certainly not a dive. Just a great place to go and enjoy your meal. The service was amazing, Brooke took great care of us and all the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will certainly go back again. Reservations are recommended not a ton of tables but that is part of what makes the experience great. Overcrowding in a restaurant is a real turn off, you won't have that problem here.

This was the most awful chicken piccata I have ever had. Nothing fresh about it. The sauce seemed like it came from a can. Yuck.

If you like generic, this is your place. The food comes out instantly. Why, you ask? It would seem that all the food is made by a food distributor and this place just throws it together on a plate. Don't get me started on the ambience...oh, there is none. Don't waste your time.

We enjoyed Fratellis restaurant. I got the steak and really enjoyed it. Which was awesome since most restaurants that don't specialize in steak don't know how to do it right. I also ended up getting dessert and thought it was not worth it. The cake seemed old and I didn't care for the flavor. Our server was really nice and did a great job. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. There's plenty of free parking.

I saw that this restaurant had won lots of awards, so I was excited to give it a try. My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday around lunch time and had high hopes for a good meal. Immediately we could tell that they were short staffed-there was one person taking care of multiple tables, running around trying to take care of everyone. He made eye contact with us and let us know he'd be right there. I felt bad for the guy-he was working hard and struggling to keep up. It was understandable that the service was not amazing, seeing that the place was being run by essentially one person. The food came out pretty quickly, despite the fact that it took awhile to place our orders. The food was ok-certainly not noteworthy or anything that I would have thought should win awards. The spaghetti and meatballs were fine-plenty of sauce and meatball, surprisingly sparse on the noodles. The minestrone was flavorful but had no meat in it. Just noodles and veggies. There were a few menu items that looked good that we didn't try and we look forward to returning in the future to try a few more things out. Hopefully that poor server will have some help by then.

This is actually a 4.5 star review. My husband and I tried Fratelli Ristorante for a weekend lunch after seeing positive reviews online. Our experience was great from start to finish. The restaurant felt spacious and modern but comfortable. It also seemed clean including the bathrooms. We were greeted right away and seated. We had Duonia (I hope I spelled that correctly) as our waitress, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She also kept our drink glasses filled without any need to ask. We started with complimentary bread that was fluffy and tasty. For appetizer we had the Daily Bruschetta, which was traditional and fresh & flavorful. I opted for the pepperoni pizza but it was a tough choice because there were about 6 other things I wanted to try. I decided to try the pizza in the end because we are always trying to find good non-chain pizza in Utah. My husband got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. We both opted for the side salad with house dressing. Verdicts: I liked the salad, my husband did not, we would both get it again but maybe with ranch for him. My pizza was excellent. Oh my goodness. Every element was great. My husband's response was, Not bad. That is his second highest form of food compliments. Unfortunately, he did not like his pasta. He said the pasta itself was good but he wasn't a fan of the sauce. Super personal preference so not a critique of the food. We will be coming back for the pizza and to try more things.

    Alfredo. So unique and delicious

My family stayed down the street at the HGI in Sandy for 5 nights for my son's soccer tournament and we visited Slackwater 3 times. Pro tip: join the waitlist on Yelp! Even during the week, the wait was 30+ mins each time. Food was great. We tried a lot of different pizzas - we got the Chicken Bro-Do, Hot Honey DP, Tikka Masala, Taco Camarones and Margherita. The airy artisan crust is the same on all pizzas and is delicious. I would recommend them all outside of the Camarones which felt a bit underwhelming as there was very little shrimp and flavor was flat. The Citrus Morita dry rub wings are incredible. We ordered these every night. The Morita chile sauce I would throw on everything. Super fresh and flavorful. It had the right amount of heat . The breadsticks are really good. Same bread that they use for the pizza and stuffed with a ton of cheese. Marinara sauce that comes with it is top notch. The Diablo sticks are spicy just to be spicy. The sauce isn't good. We switched to regular marinara. Would recommend staying away from these. Service is great. Everyone is very attentive. The staff definitely give off a chill energy but are focused, alert and friendly. This place is a must if you're in the area. Hope we can make it back someday.

My one complaint is that we made our reservation for 6:15, but at 5:55, I received a text that my table was ready and would only be held for 10 minutes. That means our table would be given away if we didn't arrive 10 minutes BEFORE our reservation time. The pizza is fantastic. Which I kept saying to my party through bites of pizza. It is the crust that makes this pizza. It is a little sweet but not in a dessert way. It has the perfect chewy bite. I was impressed. I never eat pizza crust, not ever, but it was good enough that my dogs didn't get their usual crust treat. We tried 4 different pizzas and I would recommend any of them.

Replacing cutlery, dishes, water, etc. was all standard practice and I don't think I remember asking for anything regarding that, which was nice. Caesar salad came with a fresh presentation. Neat, but a little too sour/salty for my liking, 7/10. Calamari was also a little too over-seasoned to my liking (lots of salt or herby powder), but the sauces and taste were good, 8.5/10. There was a meatball I tried and that was a very good meatball with sauce, 9/10. Carbonara was also a bit salty and heavy but hey, it's pork fat, egg yolk, cheese, and starchy salty water. Assuming they didn't cheat with cream, it was a smooth carbonara by carbonara standards. 8.5/10 and could be 9.5/10 if it was a little less salty. Overall a great place for dates or small-ish celebrations :)

Nothing really stood out as anything beyond "good" and a fair number of things were actually bland or bad. We got the prosciutto dates and were both really confused because it was impossible to eat. Huge slices of prosciutto covering these cheesy honey dates.... It was impossible to make a bite. The meatballs were juicy, but bland. They gave us some bread and it was finally well below average for restaurant bread. Espresso martini came out burnt, and that sat on our table the whole night. Our entrees were fine at best. I got a pistachio pasta which was good, but not worth boxing up. My friend got the bolognese which sounded amazing but both of us agreed, it was not good. Something with the flavor was just not right. It took us 20 minutes to get drinks, even when my friend ordered a glass of wine. We ran out of water. The decor is very strange with prop hams and fake garlic strung up. Feels strange to talk about how authentic this food is by fake garlic and kitschy decor. I don't know. I'm hoping we just came on an off night, but I don't think I'd venture to come back again.

Upon entering the it's quiet, which I cherish after a day in the office. It's clean, neat and organized, ready for the night's dinner guests. There a sense of pride. I'm getting the artichoke dip with Focaccia, small house salad, and baked ziti with andouille sausage. I ordered bottled water... didn't pay attention to the size. I got the big bottle. All good. Ate my bread too fast. I'm hungry and it was warm and soft with a nice chewy crust... Italian herbs on a plate, balsamic and evoo...good to go. The music is a an eclectic blend of the Temptations, easy listening and big band. Very relaxing. The food is fresh and good. They only used evoo for salad dressing... I wish it had a citrus vinaigrette to brighten the flavor. Otherwise very fresh. The baked artichoke dip is hot and fresh too. The baked ziti is hot, cheesy, meaty and just knowing the resultant and a healthy focus on non gmo ingredients and caters to vegan and vegetarian patrons is super appealing. The young lady helping me, Lauren, was attentive, very helpful and kind.
