I really like the look and layout of the restaurant. The staff are usually pretty good. The food is a different story. Breadsticks and salad are about the only consistency here. Nearly everything on this menu is heavy filling and to be honest isn't that good. Maybe I'm just not an Italian fan. read more

Olive Garden Italian Restaurant - My server brought this to me at lunch today!! - Italian Near Me - Ashland, Kentucky

Love this place!! We have never had a bad meal. Service is always fast and courteous.

We were seated quickly by one of 4-5 hostesses, to a table and floor dripping wet, which we had to ask to dry. The table cleaner was next table over, had just finished table next to us, which had chunks of food beneath it, which the ladies the hostess seated didn't see. Several waitresses passed by us w/o eye contact for about 5-7 mins then one came to take order for table seated after us. Enough is enough! we left, but voiced our aggravation to hostesses. Thus was was an early week day evening not busy!!! why couldnt hostess offer us water to help her waitress out??? Ashland has been lucky to get these nice restaurants but hires the same sorry workers and especially lazy managers, that moves from local restaurant to restaurant. Why dont you owners keep better watch over your businesses???? read more

What a nice experience! Went on a Saturday afternoon, no issue getting a set. Waitress was attentive & even the manager stopped by to get us more drinks & salad because waitress got busy-this was without any prompting. Food was as expected. Will dine again...cheers read more

Stopped after church and there were only two tables taken besides ours. We got menus when we were shown to our table. There waiters walking around but we waited 10 minutes and no one ever spoke to us. Then a party of six sat down next to us and they were waited on immediately while we still sat, ignored. We finally got up and left. Won't go back. read more

The Alfredo, bread sticks, and salad are still a solid staple for this place. Olive Garden (corporate?) is 30y behind in their beer menu. Even the likes of Applebees, bww, etc. have reached the 2020s. OG still serving bud, miller, and coors. read more

The service was great, wait times were good. Especially for a holiday weekend. Pleasantly suprised with how nice this new location is. Bathrooms were clean, and overall just a very nice atmosphere. They seem to be spread thin staff wise. As the bottomless salad was definitely bottomed out for a while without offers of more. However, the food was wonderful, the tour of Italy is amazing! i walked into this joint the other day expecting a feast. boy oh boy was i disappointed. i was seated by a lovely host that smelled of fresh honeysuckle. swell guy. however i was then greeted by this disgusting wretched witch. all i could see was a gigantic nose strutting toward me with not 3 not even two hell not even one. half. half a breadstick. she was chewing as she walked to my booth so i know that big nosed chump took my other two down her horn swoggling throat. i then proceeded to order lasagna, but eggplant substituted for the noodle. when i asked for this she started to bend over gagging and making vomit noises as if i had ordered a bowl of manure. when she brought it back there was no cheese, i saw cheese under her long dirty finger nails so i know she was dabbling with my dish. also my eggplant was undercooked and wet. might have been molding. i asked her for the lavatory and she told me it was next to the bar in a small hallway. little did i know this was actually the kitchen i had found myself in. i then decided to eat some food laying out under the warmer because mine was so wet and molded. these dishes i ate were also wet and mildred. i tiptoed my way out still having to take a leak. overall great service will definitely be going back! read more

Was ready to support this new business in our area as I dine out regularly after work and heard they were doing a soft opening so that sounded great for the community and a chance to try as well buuuuut was turned away twice during the soft opening. Both times "just filled out last spot" but you can come back tomorrow. Even though it was supposed to last until 230 and I called before noon, How convenient, already heard the same from multiple people. Good strategy to spread word of mouth for the opening but not a good way to keep a repeat customer to sustain it. read more

Good atmosphere. First 5 min no one greeted us at the table. Another server that wasn't ours greeted us and got our drinks and ordered our appetizer. Few more min goes by and our server showed up. Apologized for the wait and said there was some confusion with the tables that were assigned to her and another server. Ordered the spin dip. Wish there was an option to get regular tortilla chips with it but it came with something else that was kinda like a chip but not the same. Still very good. Food came out hot and delicious. Decided to eat at the new Olive Garden in ashland the other day for my daughters birthday and I'm really pleased with the welcoming atmosphere. Hosts were smiling and ready to greet me and my kids and we were sat almost immediately. The service was phenomenal. I can't remember the young man's name other than he had gages. The best service we've gotten in a while! He even sung happy birthday to my daughter and made her day! The food was delicious! And exactly how I we wanted it. Definitely will be coming back! We had a wonderful experience yesterday evening. Our server, Tierra was absolutely amazing. Greeted us immediately, Very tentative, so sweet , kept us in drinks and answered all of our questions. Our food wasn't the best but she made up for what it lacked in customer service. We will make sure to request her for every visit from here on out and recommend anyone to do the same. Hands down the best server I have ever had at any restaurant, ever. read more
