Conveniently located at the intersection of 322 and 222. Family owned. They do carbs very well. Craving a crispy crust with just the right softness? Craving fresh pasta? Yes, Fratelli's has it and they do it well. Honestly, the pizza flavor (sauce) was meh. It was a nice NY style cut and cheese. But forget about that. The cheese ravioli was sooooo delicious! The side of bread was kinda sad. (See pic) I suggest garlic buttering up some of that crust and serving that instead. The place was clean and orderly. The staff friendly and professional. Their take out must be popular, because it seemed someone came through to pick up every 15 minutes. I'll be back for the ravioli. Hold the side of bread.

Honestly the pizza was subpar. We ordered two large pizzas and they skimped on the toppings on both pizzas. I'm not sure why they only put toppings on half of the pizza, but I was not impressed. Taste of the pizza was OK. I've had better and there are many pizza places in the area, so there is no need for me to return. I

So I ordered from them today for the first time. Wow! I ordered through the app ChowNow. Way nice. No need to call, gives you a time of delivery. The pizza, you can order 1/2 & 1/2 specialty pizzas. The food selection is amazing. The pizza was delicious, cheesy. The delivery lady was so nice.

I ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was the worst I've ever had can barely smell or taste any garlic and not sure what type of cheese is on it. I also ordered a Philadelphia cheese steak and it is do dry I can't eat it, I will need to take it home (since I'm at work) and doctor it up, just so I can eat it. I will for now on take my business elsewhere and not recommend them to anybody. This wasn't the first time I regretted buying their food I honestly gave them several tries, bit no more. I included pictures, the second one shows the lack of the mayonnaise that I requested. I gave the garlic bread to others and they agreed with me. Di Maria's is so much better.

I am currently on a diet to cure the common ailments of a middle-aged American male. During my healthy lunch of just a salad, I torture myself by watching the Travel Channel's hit program Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Today, I got to the lunch room late and watched as the Food Paradise show counted down the best pizza joints in the USA. After my son's lacrosse game, I decided to go on a small journey...it's a school night...to find a great locally owned pizza parlor. We happened into Fratelli's, and ordered their signature dish. After my torturous lunch, I needed, not good, but GREAT homemade pizza. Fratelli's offered great service and a mouth watering pie that exceeded my Travel Channel cravings. Thanks Fratelli's for a truly great dining experience for my son and me.

Good pizza and friendly staff. A regular spot for us. Why only 4 stars? 5 stars requires a "Foodgasm" which are very rare at a pizza shop.

The place must be really good at pizza, because judging by the "side salad," they've clearly decided to put all their culinary effort into the dough. Calling it a salad is doing some serious heavy lifting. It was, quite literally, lettuce with a cup of Ken's dressing sitting beside it, as if the vegetables were still waiting for backup to arrive. No cheese. No croutons. Nothing but lettuce and dressing--the saddest little leafy situation imaginable. At this joint, you'll want to read the menu very closely, because apparently, words like "hot sub" don't necessarily imply the presence of something as wildly adventurous as cheese. It's best not to make assumptions about what comes with your sandwich. If the menu doesn't explicitly say cheese, lettuce, seasoning, flavor, or perhaps even basic enthusiasm, you'd better assume it's not making an appearance. So take your time, study every line, and resist the urge to apply common sense. Around there, ordering a "hot" sub apparently means the temperature--not necessarily the toppings. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and pleasant, they were happy to help. That said, if you're stopping in, maybe aim for the pizza. Cheers!

** VEGAN REVIEW ** This review applies even if you're a meat…read moreeater. We ordered a large veggie pizza with vegan cheese and a large salad. The salad and pizza was so big that we had to split it. The vegetables in the salad and on the pizza were incredibly fresh and crisp. I can't remember having vegetables this fresh at any pizza place. It made a huge difference in the taste of the meal. It's rare to find crisp, fresh vegetables at a pizza joint. It's a relief to find a pizza place that offers vegan cheese. At other pizza places, the music was too loud and obnoxious to make dining in a pleasant experience. In contrast, Two Cousins Pizza Ephrata had pleasant music at a low volume, allowing us to converse comfortably. The service was excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and the manager even came out to greet us. We're enjoying leftover pizza and salad for lunch today. The great thing about leftovers with fresh ingredients is that you can reheat them the next day and they still taste great. Considering that we'll get 6 meals out of this, the prices are incredible. It's not worth my time to buy, clean, and chop all the veggies, make the pizza, and then find out that it doesn't taste as good as the pizza from Two Cousins Ephrata. Forget about frozen pizza. They're way too expensive and don't taste as good. If you want a pizza, head to Two Cousins in Ephrata. They even have a drive-up window. I apologize that the picture isn't better. I forgot to take a pizza until I got home. P.S., by the way, I don't work there or have any connection to them. We're visiting from Tennessee for a month.
