I have really been pleased will all facets of Frazier's service. I had them come out as part of our home warranty, and the service has been phenomenal. This is due entirely to Christian's awesome service. He is friendly, thorough, and is incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, he's good about scheduling our recurring services and is always on time which is SO SO helpful in this climate where our homes become our offices - I'm able to be present for the appointments without a major disruption to my work schedule, because Christian is always on time. Christian is what made me give a 5-star review, but in addition to that the office staff was super nice when I called to provide payment. I called on Tuesday and was told I would have a call back by the end of day. No call. Since this business is in the city where I live, I try really hard to be loyal to local businesses so I called again on Wed. I was told again someone would call me back to schedule. No call. Thursday morning I finally called another vendor, got an appointment for Friday. A few hours later, on Thursday (48 hours from the first call and promise), I got a call back from Frasier and had to tell them I had to call someone else. It really didn't seem to matter to them. Business must be good. I have no idea if this business does a good job or not, but they were not very responsive. Very sad. read more

I was referred by a friend & i'm very thankful I was! Our garage has had a couple of rodents move in that we just couldn't seem to get rid of. So I called & they were more than happy to come out & take a look & even took care of the problem! I had also asked for additional services because there's a bug problem with the black bugs with a red stripe down the middle. They come out mostly at night and they are literally everywhere! They took care of them for me too & I'm very pleased with the service they executed in a professional manner. I was extremely concerned with the safety of my toddler with harmful chemicals & sprays but they assured me everything they use is safe & I haven't had any issues. We have had lots of Mice invade our place this summer. Christian from Frazier did not give up. Set traps inside and out - then examined the entire exterior and sealed what he saw. Unfortunately they were still getting into he house. Another inspection and he found a tiny little area near the top of the exterior wall that where letting the pests in. He sealed that and appears we are good to go. Christian showed determination and a willingness to keep working the problem until resolved. We have used Frazier on a monthly basis for 12 years. Most of that time we have been pleased with the service. Two of their technicians over the years were fantastic and very professional - Miguel and Virgil. Both left the company. Unfortunately, over the past year or so, the service has suffered. Understandable with Covid-related staffing issues. The reason we left them is we simply stopped getting any service or communication for six weeks. And in calling the office to complain, there was no follow-up and not a great deal of concern about losing such a long-term customer. Terrible company If I could give it a negative I would They bill you when they don't even do the service, then you don't even know they billed you until you get a letter from a collection company for$35.00 You call FRAZIER and they say too bad. Update on my review. Today I received a call from the owner Joe Frazier. He took the time to research that I had indeed called twice and was very concerned. I had said in my review that I believe in hiring local and buying American. Joe told me of his and his wife's involvement with our Boys and Girls club of America and our great city. I posted my original review because I am also tired of getting screwed by some of our local contractors. We need to hold their feet to the fire. They not only service our needs but they represent the values of our community. Today Joe Frazier stepped up took responsibility and did that. He was honest and took the steps to remedy the problem. Never caught a rat in three months of trapping. We tried ourselves and got one next day and another the day after that. We are novices but have a much better record. Moreover had my house tented for termites by them. Their subcontractor broke 230 roof tiles by stomping around on them. All documented. We've used Frazier for many properties. I should have learned the first few times, but I've had enough. These guys will come in to your home and poke holes, remove paint, and don't even clean up after themselves. This last time the pest guy damaged the frame of our door. Now we have to get it repaired. They even leave comments in their reports that have nothing to do with pests. read more

Tech scheduled appointment but we left voicemail on tech's cell this is not appropriate time. No response. Arrived anyhow. There was a good employee a few years ago that came to do our service every month.. but unfortunately he changed jobs. So we got a new guy coming and omg he was super lazy. So one day I heard my dogs barking at the gate so I know he's here. He pulls in and he's literally just sitting in the car for 10mins. I'm just sitting by my window seeing why he's taking so long. I see him get off and put on the thing he sprays for the bugs. And he comes to my front door to knock the door. I open the door and the idiot tells me.. "I already sprayed the outside can I come inside to spray now?" And I was like really??? I literally saw you sitting in the truck. And he got quiet and said oh I did but I'll do it again. Yeah he got quiet cause he didn't know I caught him!! We haven't called for their service anymore! You need to check on the type of people you guys hire! Chose this company for a pre- sale termite inspection and am very disappointed in the service provided. The inspector arrived late but that was due to being stuck so no worries on that end. Then he proceeded to walk the ofoperty with me and current owner in tow. He only pointed out one area that could be trouble for water/mold in future and suggested I put sealant in there. Then the report arrived - poorly written and very hard to decipher- now there was three areas of concern but no mention what the problem was - I called right back but they were closed for the weekend - got no call back And called again - the person who answered could not help me understand the report or what happened and promised the inspector would call me back - that was three days ago. Update- after posting this yelp review I got a gall back within minutes - the inspector said he was never given a message to call me and that the damages were to the fascia boards of the roof which were to be replaced along with the roof a few days later so he did not explain to me at the time of the inspection- I appreciate the call back enormously and for the future if there is an explanation of the findings and how to read the report at the time of the inspection and if swift callbacks be provided I think helpful to many prospective home owners and sellers. read more

We rent a very nice property in Cathedral City and our landlords handled the pest control themselves. Well after spotting several large cockroaches over a two-week period, I asked them if we could do something on our own. They gave us permission and we reached out to Frazier. They were responsive, affordable, and pleasant to deal with. We have been having them come out once a month for nearly a year, and we haven't seen any of those nasty roaches. They recently recommended that we try reducing the visits to once a quarter to see if we get the same results in order to help us save some money.
