We recently bought a home. Frazier did the termite inspection during escrow. We called Truly Nolan (who we have used for years) so we could start our monthly ant service and what do you think they found??? TERMITES. And guess what, its not in one spot. Evidence of termites were found in 9 areas! By the way, J. Frazier (I am assuming the owner because of the name) certified that there were no termites. SCARY. I had an appointment scheduled and Luis called to give me a heads up he was on the way. With 2 crazy dogs that bark at anything and everything, this was super helpful! Terribly rude woman named Julie. Tried to intimidate me after an inspection missed termites from an escrow. I bought the house in January. They dd the inspection and said it was clear. It was not and I paid another company to remedy the issue as Julie said they are not liable the day after the close of escrow. in Addition, my real estate agent ordered general pest control which they billed for in escrow and were paid I know they never did the service as we changed the lock from a super key to a combination one and no one had asked for the information. I have never before left a yelp review. THAT is how terrible this company is. They came out and sprayed for roaches and said I wouldn't see anything alive for at least 3-4 months. ONE week later, more living roaches. I asked them to come again, and they LIED twice before finally showing up. Well my door alerts me when someone uses the code and they were in my house for under 2 minutes. What could be done in two minutes? Absolutely nothing. Needless to say, more living roaches! When I called to cancel this morning, I was charged a $125 cancellation fee (which I will fight tooth and nail). What a fucking joke. For WHAT? Hey morons, stand behind your service at the VERY least. You were about to make the worlds easiest $35 a month for the end of time. To just do what you said you'd do. Needless to say a competitor with far superior customer service was able to do the job without any of the drama. Skip this place. Update: after two phone calls finally spoke to a manager today and as you might imagine, it was an utter disaster and an abortion of customer service. Waiting for a call back from "upper mngmt" but as u might expect "we can't guarantee when they'll call back". Being that they completely ignored my first request to talk to a a manager, I won't hold my breathe. But fair is fair and I'll update my review if they make it right. Come on upper management! Customer service is horrible. We had a service tech that we liked a lot and he left the company. After a few missed appointments and promises that the new tech would be back the next day we canceled our service. I tried to explain to the owners (husband and wife ) that I needed a reliable service that would show up when they say they are . There answer was I only have one visit left in my contract so let them finish. After hours wasted of my time I decided I will not sit around and wait for another tech to show up or should I say never show up . All that aside I paid for every service they did at my home ! But they still say I owe them because I broke my contact. After speaking to other people in the area this is not the first time this company has done this ... For the past 6 years my elderly parents have used Frazier Pest Control 2-3 times per year for the mild insect problems they have in Bermuda Dunes. We always were VERY satisfied with the work done. However, in March 2017 I was very disappointed...NOT with the pest treatment but with the surprise 50% increase in the charge!! I happened to be away when the technician came to spray and returned to find my 90-year-old mother had been charged 50% more than usual!! Now I do understand all businesses must increase their fees...but there is a logical and fair increase for long-time customers and there is a ripoff of an elderly person. I called the office and was told that they simply had to increase their prices. The surprise way it was handled was more than annoying, and we won't be using them again! read more

They are the worst!!!! Had a bee hive which they state in their yellow page ad that they handle, but they came out and sprayed and nothing happened. They came again, still bees galore. My husband is allergic to bee stings so we were VERY concerned. We called again and they said they might have to use something stronger, but they would not come back. We called and called and they would say they would come back but never did. We called Bio Tech and they came out and one treatment and the bees were gone for good. Hooray. Told Frazier that I wanted my money back because I paid for treatment and got NO results. They said "well we came out and sprayed." I told them that their ad says they kill bees so why would I pay to get no results. They didn't care and never would reimburse me. read more

Company gave home clean bill of health during pre purchase inspection. Home was purchased. Found termites 4 months after moving into home. Frazier reinspected the home, quoted cost of treatment and inspected home again. Stated home was free of termites other than existing condition. Called Orkin for a second opinion and termites were found in garage. Never would have purchased home if Frazier had done their job in the first place. Beware! read more

We had a terrible problem with carpet beetles in one of our bedrooms. They slowly worked their way into other parts of the house. We had two different pest control companies come out. The first just didn't have a clue how to treat them and did a normal spray and told us that it would take care of it. Of course it didn't work!! The second company came out and blamed us for the carpet beetles and that it was in our furniture, which was brand new furniture by the way. So instead of continuing with these two companies who clearly had no idea what to do we called Frazier Pest Control. We spoke to the technician, Brian, who sounded confident on how to treat it and had a special chemical to prevent them from breeding. He treated the room and the rest of the house on the first visit. The next day there were so many dead bugs, even more than a regular quarterly treatment kills. We were thrilled. About a month later, he did one final spot treatment which knocked them out completely!! We haven't seen any carpet beetles since. Thank you Brian and Frazier Pest Control! We did not have a good experience with Frazier Pest Control. The actual treatment for insects went okay, but their business office lacks much to be desired. At the time of treatment the guys did not want to take payment, as offered, saying they did not have an invoice or paperwork to take payment, and that a bill would follow. Which it did, 4 months later with a notice that the account would be turned over to collection if not paid within 8 days. A call to the office was followed with a lame excuse and apology. They really didn't seem to surprised at their poor office procedures. read more

The absolute worst company to deal with! From the point of even making an appt! The rep for my area (Indio) claimed he called me to setup a time which he didn't. I had to call him to get it setup. I explained I wanted an exterior spray and gopher removal. Next morning he arrives WITHOUT the chemical to kill the gophers! So I prepaid with the understanding he was coming back the next day. I went on vacation the following day for a week. While I was gone I get a call stating he the rep did not remember how much he was to charge me for the service and if I could find my contract to let him know. I then realized if he lost the contract he lost my credit card info that was on it. I called that office 3 times when I got back once to find out about my card. The other two times was to get the original gopher service completed. It took them 2 weeks to complete service. Then a week after the supposed service I once again have gophers. I called to see if the guarantee their work for any timeframe. No response! I challenged them with my credit card and they won because they completed service! I went to Home Depot spent 40 bucks took care of the problem myself. Joe Frazier I will make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone about the poor service I received from your company. read more
