They ordered the necessary part and scheduled the work promptly. They had us in and out same day and the car looks like new again. They even detailed our car before we picked it up! From the jump, Tom was friendly, easy to work with, and quoted me a much lower number (even after adding another unrelated repair), so I was happy to entrust them with fixing my girl. He didn't even give me a hard time when I had to pay them the 50% down in 20s (there is a fee for using a card for payment and I am trying to keep as much of that insurance payout as I can, y'know). He told me it would take about two weeks, and I was mentally prepared to wait longer, but they ended up needing less time, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the call well before I had expected it. When I picked her up, I was thrilled to see her back in fighting shape, and way cleaner than when she was dropped off. The vibe of the place definitely reminded me of auto wrecking/transmission shops that my mom and I have worked at in our younger years. Is it super fancy and shiny? Nope. Can you tell that they are/like a family and care for their customers? Absolutely. I don't know if Tune Tech's policy is to "just get them in" and then manage as best they can, but it would explain the overpromising and underdelivering I experienced. I hope their scheduling and policies don't reflect their technical abilities. I hope they fixed my car correctly. I wish I didn't have that doubt. Time will tell. He is unwilling to admit or accept responsibility for my vehicle now being two tone. When the sun is out my car appears to be goldish on the driver's side and is a silver metallic on the rest of the vehicle. He first stated that he removed my fender and sent it to a paint specialist to be matched. Later he stated that there were 8 options for my paint code for which, in my opinion, he clearly chose the wrong one. In addition to the run down the driver's door and lack clear coat on the fender jam he billed my insurance for things including the blending of the hood. You can clearly see from the pictures that no blending was done. I am attaching pictures of some of his work. The final picture is from the prior year when the passenger side was painted in Long Beach, WA and they matched the color perfectly. Jay was a pleasant man to work with until there was a problem. He failed to repair part of the damage and told me it was not from the accident but from me removing fender flares. However I still have the original receipt from the purchase of this vehicle from the factory and at no time has it ever had fender flares. Even his own invoice states this. At this point it is going to cost me thousands to fix his mistake. This has been extremely disappointing to say the very least.

Attempted the repair on my own, but was unsuccessful due to bad parts. After contacting multiple shops, this place was the cheapest and they gave me a week for a time frame. I had it towed there on 4/21 and was told it was scheduled to be worked on 4/22 and ready for pickup on 4/23. About 10 am on 4/22 they contacted and informed me the car was finished. I'm glad I found a great local shop!
