A LOOSE (and leaking) TAIL LIGHT. 3. A LICENSE PLATE THAT FLAPS IN THE BREEZE & CAN'T BE TIGHTENED. 4. SEVERAL MISSING CONNECTORS (a few replaced by hex bolts, WTF?) 5. BUFFED OFF ALL OF THE PAINT FROM THE SPOILER (i told them to clean up their mess this time, and so they over buffed it. The scratch looked better than all of the above problems, they are terrible. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR NICE CAR, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The manager is a professional liar. He will nod and tell you whatever you want to hear and then turn around and cut corners. Their "warranty" is worthless. Tim, one of their advisors lied to me repeatedly about the repairs. They got paint overspray inside the cab, water was coming into the cab when going thru the carwash, automatic rain sensing windshield wipers didn't work, additional dents and dings caused by them, broken trim pieces put back on, old corroded mirror was installed, rusty rear bumper was installed and the license plate lights didn't work, weatherstripping damaged and loose. Mike and his Post Falls shop didn't follow any of the Crash Champions policy and commitments outlined on their website. The worst part was them agreeing to make things right and then taking 51 days to return our truck with many items not done. Good luck if you decide to use them to repair your vehicle

I mean, she had less than 84k miles and I always intended to drive her til the wheels fall off. Geico had me take her to Caliber Collision, where they said it was $4.5k+ worth of damage. I opted to wait and find a small(er) biz neighborhood shop, which is how I ended up at A-Pro Auto Body. From the jump, Tom was friendly, easy to work with, and quoted me a much lower number (even after adding another unrelated repair), so I was happy to entrust them with fixing my girl. He didn't even give me a hard time when I had to pay them the 50% down in 20s (there is a fee for using a card for payment and I am trying to keep as much of that insurance payout as I can, y'know). He told me it would take about two weeks, and I was mentally prepared to wait longer, but they ended up needing less time, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the call well before I had expected it. When I picked her up, I was thrilled to see her back in fighting shape, and way cleaner than when she was dropped off. The vibe of the place definitely reminded me of auto wrecking/transmission shops that my mom and I have worked at in our younger years. Is it super fancy and shiny? Nope. Can you tell that they are/like a family and care for their customers? Absolutely.
