From the second I walked in to the second I drove away in my beautifully fixed car they were professional, kind, informed. I stopped in one day in the middle of the day and was quickly greeted, I brought the guy out to my newly damaged car and he gave me a quote within a few minutes, he then emailed the quote and went on to explain my payment options. Backstory: My brand new car was damaged by a vehicle at work that decided to park too close and scrape down the entire drivers door. After talking the estimate over with my husband we decided to go with Spokane Dent Repair. I called and asked for an appointment, was told the next day worked perfect. They asked what time, I gave a very early morning time and they obliged kindly, I received a text partway through the day that my car was done. After work I went to pick up my car and found that it was still inside, the guy brought me in to look at it, showed me where he fixed it and asked about my thoughts. It was PHENOMENAL, there isn't a trace that my car was ever hit and it didn't cost me an arm or leg. After calling around to several places, I finally found Ryan at Spokane Dent repair who was able to do Paintless Dent Removal. He was very nice and accommodating, and after texting him some pictures of the dent we worked together to find a time that worked for the both of us. I had a comparatively small dent (but it was still very noticeable) right in the middle of my hood. After about an hour, Ryan had the dent completely removed and my hood restored to its original condition, all without damaging or removing any paint. Overall he did a great job and managed to get us in the very quickly (next day), and was very friendly and talkative. I had a dent that I had decided to live with on my front left fender. It was too expensive to repair it at a traditional body shop. I contacted Spokane Dent Repair and sent them a picture. Ryan contacted me and indicated that he could fix it. He arrived on time and accomplishecd what I didn't think could be done. He removed the deep dent. Had a ding on my door. Contacted Ryan on a Saturday and he was able to get me in the next day. I met him at his home which was ok. Normally, he would drive to you to fix your dent. He is very personable and overall great dude. He worked fast and was able to get 98% of the ding out. It cost me $150 for PDR which Maaco said would be $550 for a traditional type repair.
