Highly recommend Gallatin Dental for ortho and any other dental needs. I came here to seek ortho treatment and also became a dental patient. One thing different I noticed is that they value the quality of work. I was given a timeframe for ortho treatment and rather than be rushed through the process, the Orthodontist has been excellent in guiding me through treatment as long as necessary, rather than it feel like I'm just a customer with insurance. Ben and the front office staff have been nothing short of amazing with scheduling, answering any questions and confirming insurance benefits. I will also be bringing my son in for a 2nd opinion at Gallatin after not receiving proper ortho treatment elsewhere. I wish I knew about Gallatin Dental sooner! Highly recommend! read more

I would like to report a highly unprofessional experience with the front desk receptionist. Her phone etiquette was extremely disrespectful, and when I attempted to address the issue, she abruptly hung up on me. When I called back, she denied being the person I had just spoken with, yet referenced details from the original conversation--demonstrating not only rudeness, but dishonesty and a willingness to shift blame onto a coworker. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. I brought my 86-year-old father to the appointment that she confirmed, only to be told that no such appointment was scheduled. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and distress. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as this level of conduct reflects poorly on your organization and is unacceptable in a professional environment. read more

I wanted to try this place since it has great reviews. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. First of all, they don't have that many appointments available on weekends so it took 60 days to book one. I made an appointment and they only took X rays because they only have a dental hygienist available on Saturdays once a month. I had to wait another month to get a cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and needed insurance authorization, they took 3 weeks to call me back to tell me they couldn't. I had a regular cleaning and the hygienist kept mentioning how I needed a deep cleaning, she said that about 5 times. Two weeks after I had my cleaning they called me again to tell me my insurance had denied the deep cleaning. They're a good office for people who don't have much to do or who have a lot of availability. read more

Service has gone down. Im always met with multiple phone calls verifying appointments and insurance, and folks can have an attitude here. Patient care is at a 0. When I came in for my x-ray, the assistant told me I was overdue on a full set for 5 years... I asked why this was never caught? And she goes, "well sometimes assistants just miss it." The doctor then comes in and does the exam, and she goes "sorry if the x-rays are blurry, she gags". Lol like the dialogue and professionalism here are so off.
