No joke, we got more done in one day with them than three weeks with the Floor Store. Stay far away from the Floor Store unless you want overpriced material and slow, ineffective communication.

Brandon responded right away and informed me that when carpet is installed correctly, it should not need stretching. Usually if you see creases in your carpet, it means someone didn't do a good job when installing the carpet. He talked about carpet kickers and CRI residential codes, etc. Honestly I was a little overwhelmed with all the info but after doing some research, it seemed like Brandon had some good points and knew what he was doing. This job involved replacing a cheap vinyl wood floor with durable SPC. The scope was a living room, 4 steps, and a hallway. Each day two guys arrived on time. Because the subfloor was not flat, they had to pour concrete to level the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything well. Like many projects there were some unexpected issues, and Gene handled each issue quickly with a good solution.
