We had these awful bulges in our upstairs carpet that we had kind of resigned ourselves to looking at, since we had no idea how to repair it or whom to call. Our carpets were extremely dirty and Steve did a good job getting the upstairs carpets clean. Our downstairs carpet needed a repair and there were some very difficult stains. Unfortunately, the patch is so prominent that it is quite ugly. The stains did not really come out at all. I do not blame Moser for not being able to blend the resulting patch better with the carpet and as they said, some stains just can't be removed. I wish they had been more realistic up front. I would have just replaced the downstairs carpet if they had told me that there was no way to get enough dirt out to make the patch plausible. Now I'm out the $300 for repair and I still will need to replace the carpet. Again, this is a problem of expectation rather than skill. However, experience should have told them that this was not going to end well. I'm not mad, just disappointed. read more
