This job involved replacing a cheap vinyl wood floor with durable SPC. The scope was a living room, 4 steps, and a hallway. Each day two guys arrived on time. Because the subfloor was not flat, they had to pour concrete to level the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything well. We initially hired Gerson and his small team to replace the carpet in our room with laminate…read more Gerson was prompt - he came for the initial estimate appointment and gave us a fair quote that was cheaper than the other two quotes we had received. He was also very flexible - we originally agreed to have this work done on a Thursday and Friday but needed to change to Sunday and Monday and he showed up as he stated (a bit later than he said the start time would be but we could always count on him to respond if we had questions about his whereabouts). Only thing that is a bit hard is that English is not his main language and so things like the contract for a price is a little off. He'll tell you the price but it's not in a contract so it's best you write it out to make sure you're understanding him correctly. He also offers add-on services for laminate such as removing and replacing the baseboards for extra so also good to clarify the numbers when he's offering those services. He finished the laminate and it blended into our current laminate so well we couldn't tell it was just installed! We liked his work so much that we asked him for a quote for the popcorn ceiling removal in all of the rooms in our home -- his quote was once again a price that was much lower than the rest of the other quotes we received. He finished both projects in two days and it was done beautifully and professionally. Gerson has an eye for making sure things are done correctly and is not shy to make suggestions for your next house project lol. Thank you Gerson for all of your great work. I highly recommend him for any of these projects that we hired him for. We definitely appreciated his positive and professional demeanor throughout the project.

I believe it's obvious that there will be multiple companies responding to my project and of course I need to ask their price, their method and then decide. He reached out to me last night 7:30pm, and within 24 hours he already call the messages "stupid". Also they didn't travel they didn't do the work etc. so I'm curious why responding to customers question is such a COST. Hire them if you want to be treated rudely.
