We were given a thermocol plate with a plastic fork. The server did not even remove the steaming boil from its plastic bag. The seafood was served wrapped in plastic. When we asked for crab crackers, we were told they didn't have any and were handed plastic scissors instead. The server also never offered a beverage menu, which is standard at other outlets. The two stars are entirely for the taste of the food. Actually eating it was a nightmare. I would not return, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, primarily on safety grounds.

Most establishments charge you for sauce on the side which I was willing to pay for but the lady behind the counter refused. It was a very disappointing experience, and honestly they probably got these snow crab from a Costco or wherever they sell them in stores. If people are paying money for snow crab please ensure the snow crab has meat in them.
