I have gone to get my boots shined on multiple occasions and every single time they have been rude to me. The first time I got them shined they gave me some reason why they would be more expensive and I said whatever and got them done anyway. The day after I got them shined I had work and used them for 30 minutes before they fully peeled and ruined the shine. I went back and was told I would have to pay again even though I paid $55 for 30 minutes of shine. The most recent time I went I was driving home and realized that they had completely torn the inside of the boot where my heel padding is. I would not recommend them ever and wish they were not the only business that is close to me. I recommend leather luster and shining yourself for basically the results and $20 for a can that will last you over a year. read more

Came here to drop Off some boots I needed shine. He charged $25 bucks for the first shine and $15 for any after that. I was in no rush so I picked them up in a week. There's a driveway where you can park since he's located on a busy street and with a red zone so no parking. You fill out a paper and you can call him to check if your shoes are ready. Very nice guy. All while not being maintained. I took the boots to Freddy's. I swear I saw him shed a single tear for these used and abused boots and he told me he'd do everything in his power to breath new life into them....and he did.
