He even asked our next door neighbors for permission to clean up a bit that went over there (homes here are very close together). In the areas that I and my husband were able to look at, it looks almost like a new roof. As you can see from the before / after photos, there are a few stains remaining, but all living garbage (moss, lichen, and whatever else was growing up there) is completely gone. They were highly recommended by our roofer, so I didn't get any other quotes. I can't say whether the price was high, low, or average. At roughly 75 cents per square foot, the cost was certainly more than I was expecting. (The type of roof, as well as its pitch, probably also factors in to the pricing.) So 5* for the job as accomplished, with the caveat that the price seemed high. But then again, what doesn't these days?

(Thanks to his handy drone camera, I could see for myself.) Not only bad for the tiles, but extremely dangerous to walk on! When wet, it's super slippery. Since we're selling our house, I didn't want not want any issues with the inspection (nor endanger the inspector). Carlos gave a quote range and was able to squeeze in the job the very next day (it took several hours, easily half the day), and before the forecasted rain!
