I came here with my family while on vacation and decided to eat here since it was the closest spot. Unfortunately, when I opened my burger to add fry sauce, I found a huge blonde hair between the bun and the meat. It was really disappointing and unappetizing, especially during what was supposed to be a nice family outing. That said, the staff handled the situation kindly and gave me a free custard card for the inconvenience. They were very nice people, and I appreciate their effort. I went through the dry food 10 2325 at 11:33 am just to get an order of french fries. Never been here before the french fries were tasteless. They had no salt on them and they were cold. But this location, they gave my husband already completely melted custards...he went through the drive thru and didn't have time to go back to get them corrected. What I like about their burger meat is that they have a really thin crust which is like a crispy meat chip. The only complaint I have about the burger and this is the same as to another chain is that they place the burger right on the bun. When they do that the grease causes the bun to get all soggy. They fries are like a shoestring type and they give you a lot. They are a little harder to eat because you have to pick up a bunch to even feel like you are eating them. read more

When Freddy's opened I couldn't get enough. I think I went once or twice a week the months after it opened. They serve match stick fries, chicken burgers, melts, hamburgers and hotdogs. My favorite is the Freddy's Frozen Custard! I can't get enough, it's addicting for me. I see the monthly special flavors and just love every one. I especially love when they blend in the toppings to make a concrete, and this I will go through their drive through to get. The are thick and AS GOOD AS it gets. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 in the dessert category. However, the food is OK. It's fresh and hot. I just don't care for their style of burger nor their match stick fries; so the thought of eating of meal there, would for me, just be a means to an end to get dessert.
