What's not to love? Great prices, good food, and a little something for everyone. As a non-meat eater, I usually get the grilled cheese with whole grilled onions and chopped chilies. I like that they offer various customization options without increasing the price. The Neapolitan shake is a nice treat and at $3 and change, super affordable! My partner always enjoys her meat burgers, and fries. Service is quick and friendly, no complaints here. I do wish they offered an actual veggie patty option, I'd be here more often read more

We managed to get out West again, Tuscan, AZ, and there was no way I was not going to the In-N-Out Burger. I like the In-N-Out. Fresh hamburgers. They make their own fries. Very reasonably priced. I had their #1 item ordered, a Double-Double, two burger patties, dressed up with lettuce, tomato, little Russian type dressing and pickles on a soft hamburger bun. My wife had a single. Did I mention they make their own French fries..cradle to stomach. They were busy. I mean busy. In-N-Out is set up to handle crowds. They must have 12-15 people working together as a team. Everyone was smiling and into their work. Happy. I was happy we got to talked to people who go often. What a following they have. Cash or cards. Plenty of parking even though right next to the store they were building a large car wash. In-N-Out looks like a burger joint with both inside and outside seating. Nothing overly special here. It is cool to observe the In-N-Out army work. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. read more

I like to avoid fast food but this Is a good fast food place.. I have been many times, the service was fast and efficient and the food came along quickly. Staff really cared and wanted you to be happy. That's consistent with all the different in and out.I've been to in california and other places in the west. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Having said that the service was fast and efficient . It's also about being realistic about the food. This is not a high in bistro but it's a great burger place. I find the The small burger and the small fries are plenty enough for me. They also have a secret menu, That's not-so-secret anymore and they even have a section on their website that says the not so secret menu. That you can google and see some of the choices you have, Normally I get grilled onions, They also have chopped chili's that they can put on your fries or in a burger. And sometimes i've had what's known as a neapolitan shake which is chocolate vanilla strawberry layers in a shake. It's a great choice for a fast food restaurant. The parking area is a little small so normally I don't go in.I just do the drive through at this location. read more

the best in n out in town! I always receive great service and the food is consistently good. Tonight I pulled into the drive thru a little bit before close and received the absolute best service from a young lady named Karla. props to this girl for being upbeat and welcoming despite the late time and the fact that i wanted to add something to my order despite already ordering. Lines were short and service was good. It was pretty busy, so me and my friends sat outside. The tables were clean and the weather was pleasant. Our food was ready in just a few minutes, despite ordering nearly ten burgers. $60 for a full meal of 7 people is a steal. I got a pink lemonade, which was decent and some root beer which was great. Idk why, but at this location, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onion BETWEEN the meat patties. At every other location I've been to it is never a problem. At this location, the concept is completely foreign and they always give them to me wrapped in onion. Figure it out! read more

I thought IN N OUT was only a California thing. I had no idea they were in Arizona!!! To my surprise when I was looking to find something to eat I happened to stumble upon IN N OUT! The quality is just as good. The staff is just as friendly. It was really close to were I was staying at so I had it a couple of times during my stay in Arizona. The best thing to eat here for me is of course the double double with animal fries and soda. I was also not aware of how late they close. A lot of restaurants where I was staying at closed at 8pm, but thankfully this location closed at 1:30 am. It was a great surprise to know that IN N OUT was in Arizona! Great quality food as always!!! Happy I came. read more

Love the basic food menu because it's so yummy. I will always feel better about myself when I get my burger wrapped in lettuce ;). I also love their yellow peppers! Amazing customer service but horrible drink/food. I appreciated the customer service, when I arrived they asked how I'm doing but my drink was probably the worst drink I've ever had. The soda was flat & tasted like dirty water with no ice, extremely disappointed with the soda but The burger lettuce was full of water so ruined the whole burger. Please dry the lettuce after washer then applying to burger, it makes a huge difference. read more

The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Only downside, pun intended, is that the burgers and chicken sandwiches don't come with a side. Sides are all À la carte.

I ordered a small combo plate of ribs and sliced brisket (sliced with the grain and not cross it as it should have been) and my sides were greens and coleslaw. I did not see the sign that said all of their meats were sauced, but if I saw it, I would not have had them put sauce on anything. As someone who smokes a lot of food, when I taste meat, I want to taste the meat and the seasoning and the smoke itself. The ribs and brisket were very tender, but all I could taste was the vinegar in the barbecue sauce. It completely ruins the meal for me because if I wanted to drink barbecue sauce, I would've asked them for a side of it with a straw. I did not taste the meat, I did not taste the seasoning, I did not taste the smoke. I also believe that if a pitmaster floods their product with barbecue sauce, they are hiding something. So I can't tell you anything about the meats other than everything tasted like barbecue sauce. For the side dishes, I got the coleslaw which was tasty and the greens. You can see the picture I took after I finished the greens and it looked like I had a cup of soup. I don't know why they wouldn't drain the water out of the greens. Since I was the only one in the restaurant, I was also surprised that nobody came up to me and asked me how the food was. They were all busy on their phones or talking to each other than to check with one of their paying customers if they were enjoying their food. The place itself, physically, I liked because it was a hole in the wall type atmosphere. I don't think I would've chosen contemporary hip-hop for my guests to hear. So that's it, I'm giving it two stars only because the tenderness of the meat, but definitely not because of any other flavoring I tasted. I also felt it was extremely overpriced for the portion size. I tried it, now I can write a review and know that I will never go back again.

The grilled oysters were perfect, although my dinner mate thought they were a bit spicy. The watermelon and pork belly salad was an incredible combination. Juicy chunks of pork belly with lots of meat attached, and the cooling watermelon to set it off. A brilliant combination. The service was spot on - we arrived early but they seated us within a few minutes. Very accommodating and friendly staff. The whole vibe was friendly and welcoming. After all these years, I will be going back, and back, and back...!

You get to choose your 4 toppings for the bruschetta and bottle. The place was packed but were seated promptly in their patio. It was a beautiful night out so we preferred it. Our server checked in on us which was nice. We place an order for a chicken sandwich with salad and she offered to split it for us to share it. We shared the albacore tuna samich on focaccia and the best chips with a chefs charcuterie board! I did not want to leave! What a great deal! We were full for the rest of the day!!! There were a few other people at the bar and a few of the booths were taken. We were certainly able to carry our conversation as well as chat with folks around us! Every dish we have tried has been fresh, tasty and great presentation. They always have a diverse spread of pastries so we grab a few to take home. All of their pastries have been amazing. My favorite is their cronut and the raspberry pop tart. Lastly and maybe most importantly, is their delicious drinks. I love the butterfly pea mimosa! Their butterfly pea palmer is great as well. YUMMY! Their service is always great. Attentive and friendly servers. The ambiance is lovely as well- very welcoming, nicely decorated and a bright open space. The patio is quite large and dog friendly. One of the best brunch spots around- we look forward to coming back.

Her customer service left a great first impression and made us excited to visit. There are several German food lovers in my household, so we were looking forward to trying Biergarten. Despite arriving to find a completely full parking lot and a line out the door, we were seated immediately thanks to our reservation, which was very impressive. Our server came over promptly, took our drink orders, and returned with them quickly. We started with the XXL Pretzel ($12.99), which arrived fast and was served with a ramekin of cheese and another of mustard. The pretzel tasted exactly as expected, warm, soft, and enjoyable. I wasn't brave enough to try either dipping sauce, but the pretzel itself was good. My mom ordered the Schnitzel ($16.99), my son ordered the Sausage Plate ($32.99), and I originally planned to order the Rouladen Stuffed Beef Rolls ($34.99). Unfortunately, I was informed that the Rouladen wasn't available, nor was the Sauerbraten (Sour Roast), along with several beers. I wish we had been informed of these unavailable items when we first sat down, as it would have given me more time to review the menu and choose an alternative. Instead, I quickly settled on the Biergarten Burger ($22.99). There was also some confusion regarding the menu. The printed menu we were handed clearly stated that French fries were included with meals Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. When I asked about substituting the fries, I was told the promotion had ended the previous week. I pointed out that the promotion was still printed on the menu sitting in front of me. It took a little over an hour for our food to arrive. Honestly, this didn't bother us much because the restaurant had just opened and was obviously extremely busy. We understood there would be some growing pains and were willing to be patient. What did disappoint me was the presentation and value of some of the dishes given the prices. The Sausage Plate included three different sausages, mashed potatoes, gravy, and sauerkraut. My son enjoyed one of the sausages but wasn't a fan of the other two. The Schnitzel was served by itself, accompanied only by a small bowl of red onions and cucumber salad. My Biergarten Burger and the cucumber salad ($7.99) were both good, but at nearly $31 combined, I'd hesitate to order them again. To make matters worse, we were told we had to order fries separately for $7.99. We did so, but when our to go boxes were brought out after we paid, the fries still weren't ready. We ended up waiting about another 10 minutes for them before taking everything to go. In the end, our bill came to just over $105 for one appetizer, three lunches, one with a side and one without, and two soft drinks. That's a very expensive lunch, especially considering some menu items were unavailable and portions felt underwhelming for the price. I also noticed that the online menu doesn't list prices, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect before visiting. Overall, Biergarten has some positives. Leah was wonderful, our reservation experience was smooth, seating was immediate despite the crowds, and the service itself was friendly and prompt. However, menu availability, outdated printed menu information, pricing, and perceived value left us with mixed feelings. I understand they're newly opened and dealing with heavy demand, so I'm willing to give them some grace. Hopefully, as they settle into operations, some of these issues will improve.
