Went through the drive thru and the man on the speaker is literally deaf or has Alzheimer's. I told him very clearly and slowly I want a milkshake, strawberry flavor. They asked me THREE times what type of flavor I want.... Additionally, the chud at the second window when I said, "excuse me sir, can I please get spread sauce please," and then handed it to me and then I say "thank you sir, have a good day." They didn't even acknowledge my kind gesture or thankfulness and looked at me like a fish!! read more

What's not to love? Great prices, good food, and a little something for everyone. As a non-meat eater, I usually get the grilled cheese with whole grilled onions and chopped chilies. I like that they offer various customization options without increasing the price. The Neapolitan shake is a nice treat and at $3 and change, super affordable! My partner always enjoys her meat burgers, and fries. Service is quick and friendly, no complaints here. I do wish they offered an actual veggie patty option, I'd be here more often read more

Food here is amazing. It came out really fast. I saw a couple Easter eggs on their food like on the wrappers and around the place in the inside is really amazing like everything inside is pretty well decorated in the shakes are amazing and if you come here try to get animal style and also try to get animal style fries plus they have a couple secret items that actually work. I've asked them before if they would give me a flying Dutchman so come here very recommended. I think everyone knows that it's very recommended but still recommended a lot more than usual plus for me it's really close and the staff is always really nice to you at least in my case. read more

We managed to get out West again, Tuscan, AZ, and there was no way I was not going to the In-N-Out Burger. I like the In-N-Out. Fresh hamburgers. They make their own fries. Very reasonably priced. I had their #1 item ordered, a Double-Double, two burger patties, dressed up with lettuce, tomato, little Russian type dressing and pickles on a soft hamburger bun. My wife had a single. Did I mention they make their own French fries..cradle to stomach. They were busy. I mean busy. In-N-Out is set up to handle crowds. They must have 12-15 people working together as a team. Everyone was smiling and into their work. Happy. I was happy we got to talked to people who go often. What a following they have. Cash or cards. Plenty of parking even though right next to the store they were building a large car wash. In-N-Out looks like a burger joint with both inside and outside seating. Nothing overly special here. It is cool to observe the In-N-Out army work. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. read more

I like to avoid fast food but this Is a good fast food place.. I have been many times, the service was fast and efficient and the food came along quickly. Staff really cared and wanted you to be happy. That's consistent with all the different in and out.I've been to in california and other places in the west. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. Having said that the service was fast and efficient . It's also about being realistic about the food. This is not a high in bistro but it's a great burger place. I find the The small burger and the small fries are plenty enough for me. They also have a secret menu, That's not-so-secret anymore and they even have a section on their website that says the not so secret menu. That you can google and see some of the choices you have, Normally I get grilled onions, They also have chopped chili's that they can put on your fries or in a burger. And sometimes i've had what's known as a neapolitan shake which is chocolate vanilla strawberry layers in a shake. It's a great choice for a fast food restaurant. The parking area is a little small so normally I don't go in.I just do the drive through at this location. read more

Lines were short and service was good. It was pretty busy, so me and my friends sat outside. The tables were clean and the weather was pleasant. Our food was ready in just a few minutes, despite ordering nearly ten burgers. $60 for a full meal of 7 people is a steal. I got a pink lemonade, which was decent and some root beer which was great. Price is excellent 587 for a double double . Restaurants always clean the outside of the restaurants always clean and staff are perfection. Idk why, but at this location, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a Flying Dutchman with whole grilled onion BETWEEN the meat patties. At every other location I've been to it is never a problem. At this location, the concept is completely foreign and they always give them to me wrapped in onion. Figure it out! read more

I thought IN N OUT was only a California thing. I had no idea they were in Arizona!!! To my surprise when I was looking to find something to eat I happened to stumble upon IN N OUT! The quality is just as good. The staff is just as friendly. It was really close to were I was staying at so I had it a couple of times during my stay in Arizona. The best thing to eat here for me is of course the double double with animal fries and soda. I was also not aware of how late they close. A lot of restaurants where I was staying at closed at 8pm, but thankfully this location closed at 1:30 am. It was a great surprise to know that IN N OUT was in Arizona! This is the worst service I've had in my life! I do not know where to start. First of all I was discriminated by the server or worker named Brandon, he was offensive and racist against me and my company. We were mocked by a worked named Brandon for speaking Spanish and were disgracefully discriminated. We were laughed at and we felt horribly bad for that. The restaurant is not bad. The service was good besides Brandon being racist towards my friends and I. I do not recommend this for anybody if Brandon is working there. I apologize for my long paragraph but something had to be said about this individual working at in n out on Oracle road. I am deeply ashamed of such a company worker involved in this situation. Such trouble some behavior could lead to hazardous situations. I would hate for myself to become less of a in n out consumer because of Brandon please do something about this issue. When I drove all the way home looked in the bag no ketchup -____________-. Really. (This was 3 months ago) Today I went here went to the drive thru. Asked for 3 ANIMAL STYLE BURGERS and fries. I had to repeat it at least 2 times but then decided to drive up to the window and told her. Luckily I looked in the bag to see if there is ketchup and there is :). Our family stopped by this In-N-Out location recently and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, hot, and made exactly how we ordered them.
