First the advertised prices online were false. Discounted products online would change prices when I went to check out, s8pecificly the skyweight chest pack. I brought this to the attention of the company and they did not honor the price but offered free shipping. Which eqated to nothing. Then when I had ordered three products from the company they shipped two and and canceled my third. Just sent a message canceling part of the order and again offering me discounted shipping. So not only did they take it on to themselves to offer false prices the also canceled part of my order that was required for the three piece set and offered nothing but returned money in about a week. I wear a women's twelve petite. I'm not too fond of women's jeans because they don't have deep front pockets. So, I thought I'd purchase 5.11 men's jeans because of the deep pockets. When talking to the service gentleman, I asked which size I should try in the men's jeans. I mentioned that I wanted men's jeans because of the pockets. He informed me that their women's jeans come with deep front pockets. I was delighted to hear that. I purchased a women's twelve regular lengths for shrinkage. I've washed and dried them twice without them shrinking. I love my new jeans and will likely buy at least three more pairs. I also own a 5.11 tactical jacket. It's a great jacket and soooo warm. Wonderful service! Greeted upon entry and asked if I needed assistance in finding anything particular. Was allowed to use fitting room multiple times. Paul also explains the difference in materials, features, designs, and cuttings. Midway through experience, the power goes out midway through transaction so I was escorted out and asked to come back tomorrow morning. My items were put on temporary hold till then. I return next day upon opening and Paul continues to help finish my purchase. He goes above and beyond to include the promotional 511 2022 hat and a discount. Very friendly staff. Store has a HUGE selection of products. I had all 3 employees working ask me if I needed help, gave me helpful opinions on products, and helped me narrow down my options. It's tough to make decisions sometimes and they're there to help! In the "tactical/shooting" world its very easy to spend a lot of money on a lot of nonsense or extra gear you didn't really need.
