It's now after Thanksgiving and too cold to work outside. I already cleaned the tank, changed the fuel pump, put in new injectors and spark plugs and it still won't go. Integrity just opened up across the street and I approached them about taking a look at it. With some cleanup of my handiwork along with another set of plugs and an oil change they got it running again. It's still sputtering on the highway as the O2 sensors are shot, but it beats walking. I brought my vehicle in to Integrity for needed maintenance. My car was up on the risers high up in the air and the mechanic walked me around my own car showing me what he found, the good and the not so good. He explained things thoroughly. I felt confident that I was being given accurate information and an accurate assessment. I was clearly shown the difference between a worn brake pad and an unworn brake pad and so forth. Parts had to be ordered. Integrity staff pulled up a website with me discussed options and prices for parts ordering. It was full transparency and open communication. Maybe a light on my dash lights up. Ya know, something that makes you worry that your car has just gone kaput. I pop in to Integrity without an appointment and the staff help me figure out what's going on and fix the issue. Prices here are very reasonable. And customer service is stellar. Every. Single. Time. They gave me a 45 minute ETA, and kept their promise (actually a little early). Towed me directly to my mechanic for a reasonable price (the price quoted). There was some minor damage to the front end air dam- bumper, only a close examination in broad daylight revealed this and I didn't notice until much later so I didn't make an issue of it. Whether there's a tiny crack and space, or the front end is seriously damaged, Audi repair costs the same, an arm and a bloody leg. So, I wouldn't have felt right trying to get them to compensate for what might not have been preventable damage, these cars do sit very low to the ground (low profile). The tow drive was as careful as possible as far as I could see.

To put in perspective: Home Depot installed the highest end Simonton windows possible with the specs requested and came in at around $7k installed. Which means that HomeSealed has excessive profits padded in. So...if you don't care about the money side, they might be perfectly fine to work with as a local outfit. EDIT: laminated was requested as a cost compare option, not a requirement. Even if laminated were a requirement, Home Depot's was still cheaper by over $3k. Fact is - as we said - HomeSealed is just priced higher because they don't use every manufacturer, they only use the ones they use, which tend to lean the higher cost. That's what we said: they might be fine at their job and you might want the best of whatever, maybe they're fine. BUT...if you're like 95% of homeowners who feel that significant pricing differences for basic things like colors is illogical, HomeSealed isn't for you.

For a premium brand, this felt like a huge miss in customer experience and brand alignment. The gap between my car and the loaner was substantial and didn't reflect the level of service I expected. I understand loaner availability can vary, but customers should receive a vehicle that reasonably matches the quality of what they drive--especially when returning for a rework. This experience left me feeling undervalued. I even shared my feedback with the team onsite when picking up my car, and the response I received was, "It's a free car" and "Whelp, that is how it is here." That attitude was disappointing and reinforced the feeling that customer experience wasn't a priority. I hope they review their loaner policy and approach to feedback to ensure better experiences in the future.

After a month I reached them and they said they had not touched it and refused to fix it. So they wasted a month of my time, were not honest with me, were hostile, simply the pits.
